Basically said she was "trying to make it right" and did nothing. She was so ignorant that she hung up the phone on me. She has attitude and has no business working in the customer service industry. At this point I want nothing to do with Triple A. I advise you to never ever use this location, no employee, that I have dealt with is capable of doing their job.

Then three days later same thing happened again on interstate 71 in Ohio, never showed up so I changed tire myself again. Ayanna from Luxe Travel & Tours, set me up with my airline tickets, transportation between the airport and resort and made sure I had a beautiful room at the resort and received VIP treatment while there. I arrived in Jamaica with someone waiting on me with a sign with my name on it to escort me to the VIP lounge. There I was able to have lunch and a drink while I waited for a person to escort me to the van to take me to my resort! Ayanna also let me know about all the excursions I could do while there. The trip was amazing and everything was already taken care of for me. All I had to do was show up and enjoy myself. When it was time to check out and head back to the airport, my transportation company was already waiting for me in the Lobby when I arrived. I can go on and on... the Trip was great. Unfortunately it was was less than magical . 6 people meant we were to get 3 ABD boxes ahead of the trip. One arrived to our home on Dec 16. ABD confirmed the other 2 were sent to Magic For Less, which I assume was an error on the part of Magic for Less when booking. We notified Magic for Less of the error, reminded them we were leaving Dec 21, but Magic for Less made no attempt to reroute the boxes. Magic for Less had 5 days, FIVE days, to try to get to us ahead of our trip - it was totally doable. Good customer service would have had them overnighted or even 2nd day air to us. Heck, even UPS ground would have had them to us in time. Disappointingly they never arrived. This meant we didn't get the luggage ids, luggage straps, backpacks, etc. Added unnecessary stress as we were trying to figure out what happens if our luggage wasn't properly tagged. So it sucked that we couldn't use for our trip, but we still wanted the contents to use for future trips (the backpacks and water bottles are very nice)...and the pins! Well here we are on Jan 2nd and they still are not here! I'm not exactly sure what other value-add Magic for Less offered that I couldn't have done by booking direct and avoiding this whole mishap that they clearly are not concerned about rectifying. The ABD box is all part of the excitement and anticipation and the Magic For Less screw up and inability to troubleshoot it really set a bad tone to start our trip.

I was in dire straits when my brother informed me he needed a last minute, late night ride from the PGH airport to my mom's house for the holiday. I was under the weather, and he could not secure a confirmed ride from the typical ride share companies due to the last minute and after midnight arrival. I was thrilled when my search for last minute airport transportation connected me to Reliant. Not only was George, my contact who answered a direct dial available, but also he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and funny.
