ToniAnn helped me at a time in my life when I really needed her most, when my 6 & 7 year old boys lives were being endangered. I didn't know where to turn to or what to do. I Then I remembered I'd had ToniAnn's business card and I gave her a call. After working with her for a few weeks, ToniAnn returned the peace and sanity to my life. She also empowered me as a woman and a mother. For this I will always be grateful to her. It's funny because lawyers always get a bad rap. But for me, this particular lawyer changed my perspective a bit on how lawyers can actually help restore sanity and dignity to the human condition. I learned that not all lawyers are about picking off the bones of the weak. ToniAnn was truly interested in a positive outcome for me and my boys. And when that outcome arrived, she was happy for us all. ToniAnn didn't try to continue running up the bill. So I really appreciated her humanity, but was also wildly impressed by her strength and tenacity. I would be remiss if I did not mention that ToniAnn's knickname is The "PitBull". After working with her I understood why. She got the job done. So if you are in need of family legal counsel, look ToniAnn "The PitBull" Russo up. You will not be disappointed, I can assure you. I was beyond grateful for her services, and the final outcome.

I was involved in a domestic violence incident which had me in jail and subjected to a no release…read moreact. My attorney Alan Peyrouton lifted heaven and earth to get me out of jail and he did. This man has been nothing less than amazing. He has been more than a lawyer for me, this man has been my attorney, my confidant, an advocate, and even a therapist at times. I would trust this man with my child. Do not make the mistake of going with an attorney with less experience or one who might even be less expensive. When it comes to subjects like your freedom spare no expense. This is a fighter. The right man for the job.

No one thinks they are going to be in a position where they are going to need an attorney. I was in…read morethis same position when my significant other got into a situation and here I was scrambling for an attorney to help with his very extensive case. I called countless attorneys. The only one who showed just how much he cared about his clients was Alan. Alan went above and beyond for him. He was just processed and sent to county when I heard back from Alan. The first thing Alan stated was he was going up there to see what was going on and would let me know the outcome. All other attorneys were asking for payment upfront. Alan was very lenient and worked with us when it came to payment. Given the circumstances of the case, he went above and beyond what I feel any other attorney would have done. From the very first phone call he was on it and each day we received more and more good news to the point where now my significant other has been admitted into the PTI program which will help erase his mistake from being on his record. The only thing I can ever say is thank you to Alan because he truly cares about his clients and it is not about the money for him. He makes it known upfront that he is going to do everything he can for a positive outlook with your case. My guy was looking at 10 years for his offense and now it will be erased off his record once he completes the program. If this doesn't get you to believe you will have an amazing attorney, then I don't know what will. All the other attorneys are just after your money and trust me just by conversations with them they would not have gotten this case downgraded so much to where he is walking free and back working. Biggest thanks to you Alan for your hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

I contacted several local traffic court lawyers after an intoxicated pedestrian jaywalked in front of my car, resulting in an unfair reckless driving summons that could have meant points or worse. Warren not only offered to take my case without hesitation, but also wisely advised me what documentation to obtain from my insurance provider--something no other attorney I contacted thought to mention--which immediately relieved a great deal of anxiety by helping confirm potential outcomes. He has excellent working relationships with the sole local judge and prosecutor in the small town of Secaucus, a quite "unique" jurisdiction, and personally handled my case--unlike some other firms where it felt like it might be passed off to a junior associate, potentially resulting in a less favorable outcome. Within minutes of negotiation, he secured a reduction to careless driving, a lesser offense with no points--the best possible outcome given the circumstances. What truly set Warren apart was his attentiveness and empathy. He took the time to listen to all the facts and my side of the story before making assumptions. Other attorneys seemed rushed, uncertain, or transactional by comparison. Warren was patient, clear, and thorough, answering my detailed questions without ever growing impatient. I highly recommend Sutnick & Sutnick. You'll be treated with courtesy, respect, and--most importantly--feel genuinely heard. Five stars!!!

I had a consultation about my son and his voluntary emancipation (he is 18 and his mom alienated…read morehim from me). She actually called on time which is abnormal for a lawyer. Their egos typically delay their responsibility. One positive but it ends there. Aside from NOT knowing the law and treating me with belligerence instead of giving me objective guidance, she was completely wrong regarding New Jersey statute 2A:17-56.67, and gave me a text-book, lazy interpretation of case law. Let me say, she clearly is a BAD ATTORNEY. Perhaps she can read this explanation and LEARN SOMETHING. 1. The Lawyer is Flatly Wrong on New Jersey Statutory Law Her claim that "there is no rule or law that says child support ends when a child turns 19" is completely incorrect. * Under N.J.S.A. 2A:17-56.67 (The New Jersey Child Support Termination Statute), all child support and medical support obligations automatically terminate by operation of law on the child's 19th birthday [N.J.S.A. 2A:17-56.67]. * The law explicitly shifts the burden to the custodial parent, requiring them to submit documentation proving the child is still in high school or enrolled full-time in college to request an extension up to age 23 [N.J.S.A. 2A:17-56.67]. For a family lawyer to claim this statutory limit does not exist is a massive error. She kept saying "Probation" as if that would save her stupid response. UNEDUCATED. 2. The Flawed Interpretation of Gillis v. Gillis While Gillis v. Gillis did involve college contribution disputes, New Jersey courts regularly apply its primary legal principle across all post-judgment support issues: an adult child cannot completely reject a parental relationship behaviorally while simultaneously demanding that parent's financial support. The lawyer's refusal to apply this logic simply means she wanted a cookie-cutter case and didn't want to perform the necessary legal work to litigate a behavioral emancipation motion. LAZY. 3. Her Argument on Timing is Unjustified She made an uneducated statement that I "should have filed 4 years ago". That is an unreasonable critique. Family courts assess behavioral emancipation based on the child's status as an adult (over 18). Filing for behavioral emancipation when my son was 14 or 15 years old during the height of the pandemic would have been completely rejected by a judge because he was still a minor child under the state's care. Filing now that he is 18 is the legally appropriate timeframe. So she apparently has NO clue and that just tells me NEVER to hire someone who needs to be right yet makes statements that are, in fact, obviously inaccurate. If you want things to go POORLY for you then hire this uneducated lawyer who clearly doesn't know the law and has ZERO people skills then go for it. I would rather save time and hire a GOOD reputable attorney who communicates well which means they also LISTEN.

I had a great experience with Ron. My niece found him online when I was arrested for a misdemeanor,…read moreand she helped me communicate with him during the case. Ron was very nice to both of us. I had never been arrested in my life, so I wasn't sure what to expect. He took the time to explain what my charges meant and walked me through what I could expect of the whole process. If me or my niece had a question, he answered it thoroughly. I am getting on in years, and this was during the pandemic, so I was a bit worried about having to go to court. Ron was very accommodating, meeting me and my niece over video multiple times. I only had to go to his office once to sign the final papers, and the building was very nice and professional. I was worried that I would have to go to jail for my charges, but he got me released after my first hearing when I was arrested. So thankful to him to get me home right away. And Ron argued for me so that in the end I only ended up with probation. I was so relieved that I never had to go back to jail again. I felt I was in great hands with Ron, and I trusted him and his ability to work on my problem. I highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their criminal charges. Thank you so much Ron! I retained Ron for a cyber-harassment/VASPA matter and paid a $5,000 flat fee. Based on my…read moreexperience, I was disappointed with the representation I received and the value provided for the fee charged. Throughout the process, I felt there was a lack of preparation and organization. During the hearing, I often felt that counsel was not adequately prepared for the issues before the court. I was also surprised by the focus on reaching a civil agreement after I had retained counsel and paid a substantial fee to pursue my legal matter. Ultimately, I was later able to obtain a cease-and-desist through the municipal court process at no cost. Looking back, I believe I should have been given more candid guidance regarding the strengths and weaknesses of my case and whether a less expensive alternative approach would have been more appropriate from the beginning. I understand that attorneys cannot guarantee outcomes, and my concerns are not based solely on the result of the case. My concerns are based on my experience with the preparation, strategy, communication, and overall value of the services provided relative to the fee charged. Because of these concerns, I have pursued fee arbitration and am seeking a refund of the fee paid. I work hard for my money and believe clients deserve honest, realistic guidance when making significant financial decisions about legal representation. I wish Ron the best and hope he takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve the client experience for others. This review reflects my personal experience as a former client.Just because because someone has good reviews doesn't mean they're actually good be careful .
