Went over again for a tire rotation and was told that the operation was not necessary for my vehicle, which I repeatedly asked for confirmation and the worker there informed me I "would be wasting my money" if I had done the service. Upon driving on my road trip, my tire on the opposite side of another tire I had replaced at this location had then exploded, stranding me on the side of the road. Lack of professionalism and communication I would not recommend this spot.

But, when I called Ada Alignment and Tire they brought out an air tank, aired up her tire and then she followed the man to the tire shop to get her flat fixed after hours. What business does that? Sadly the manager or owner of the company came out pointing fingers and pushing us around as if it was our fault it came undone again and said he would not stand by this work and that it needed replacing.
