We chose Jordan because of past great experiences . Our last…read moreexperience was much different. Difficulty with the contract- they wanted credit checkes even though we paying CASH. Seriously just road blocks. The job was delayed and interfered with our travel plans. They finally came and the chief installer said he had a physio appointment and couldn't do the job. Due to an injury. Shouldn't Jordan send a replacement? We are all sleeping on couches now as we have completely uprooted our home for this. We demand someone come to do the work and they send a single old guy . He laughs when he sees the scope of work and says he can't do it. Finally after threats of litigation the send a crew who bang it all down in a day. HOWEVER...every stair has a gauge in the paint. 2 gauges where the drywall need to be repaired. Multiple other scratches- and one cracked wooden blind. In the contract it says on fine print that Jordan not responsible for any damages. I will never use this company again. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I will tell everyone possible about this TERRIBLE experience. Maria

The plumber had been in 2 days prior to the carpet being installed and the tub was fine. After installation of the carpet and cleaning up I noticed the tub had been damaged (dented and cracked). We contacted Nufloors and they sent someone out to look. Upon reviewing and speaking with their installers their reply to us was that the installers said they didn't do it. Therefore we are left to have someone come in and repair a brand new tub. EDITED: THEY HAVE NOW ARRANGED TO HAVE THE DAMAGE FIXED SO I HAVE UPGRADED MY REVIEW. When they brought in the carpet in they were RE-quoted $2.50 per square foot. When they picked it up they tried to charge them $5.00 per square foot plus delivery. Buyer beware.
