When we reached out rainbow cleaning services were incredibly fast to respond to us and they were so kind. Between all booking interactions and the lady that showed up to do the cleaning themselves they were all very professional. For four bedroom house I was expecting a move in cleaning to be a little pricey but for the convenience, it's worth it. They come in and they clean every cabinet and they mop the floor and it just gave me peace of mind to know that I'm starting fresh in my home instead of and somebody else's dust.

She gave me a quote over the phone, sent me the paperwork, and we were ready to go. She actually had availability even earlier, but I wasn't in a situation to take advantage of it. The price quoted was very fair in my opinion and my experience. Little did I realize that I was booking for cleaning services in what would be a Category 1 hurricane. The cleaning person arrived as-expected, making allowances for the fact that we were in the middle of Hurricane Debby (we offered to reschedule, I promise!) and most of the roads were shut down already. She did a good job and I was glad to have been able to get help cleaning this apartment, it made a world of difference to us. The price paid was the price quoted, which seems to be a rarity in the world of services. Thank you to Jessica and the team at Rainbow Cleaning Services for a job well done at a good price, and being so easy to work with! J.Ja

Mike, the owner, responded quickly to my request for popcorn ceiling removal and offered to paint the walls and cabinets as well. He is super easy to work with and really great at communicating. I was charged a fair price, and I am overjoyed with the results. His team went out of their way to make sure everything was done properly. They protected the appliances and walls etc. and cleaned up afterwards. There were a couple of areas that needed fixing after the initial work was complete and he sent someone without any hassle to resolve them. I HIGHLY recommend these guys and will keep them in my contacts for any future needs. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

The cleaning itself was good, but my experience afterward was very disappointing…read more Immediately after the soft wash, my electronic Schlage front door lock stopped working and the finish on the lock was damaged. I contacted the owner, who initially said he would follow up, but after several days I had to reach out again. The company ultimately refused to reimburse the replacement cost, arguing that protective tape had been removed from the lock. However, their crew had instructed us to use the front door during the job, so I don't believe it was reasonable to expect the protection to remain in place without warning or without reapplying it. I wasn't looking for anything beyond the cost of replacing the damaged lock. Unfortunately, the company chose not to stand behind the situation.

Steven and his crew were able to quickly identify that the floor joists had been incorrectly installed and did not provide the proper support. He was able to quickly resolve the issue preventing further damage to my homes integrity. While he was already under the house, he also installed several new floor outlets and installed Plumbing to my custom made wet bar. Everything has worked beautifully since the work was done over 6 months ago. His crew was professional and clean. They even went as far as to sweep and mop the entire room (not just the area that they worked on). Highly recommend and will use again and again for all of my future projects!

I had them clean my house in West Ashley because I wanted the house to be cleaned to very high standards and I am very pleased with their work. ServPro put my house in a high state of cleanliness that I can brag about and be sure a buyer or renter will marvel at. This level of cleanliness is especially important since a buyer will be contemplating whether to buy and how much to pay. I want a buyer or renter to know they are getting a house that was well maintained and cared for. I feel that ServPro of Downtown Charleston went above and beyond by having a supervisor inspect the job and even do some spot cleaning once the crew had finished. Most cleaning companies just wipe surfaces and go, but ServPro understands that wiping and cleaning are different and that the goal is to clean a house not just wipe surfaces. I also feel that I got very responsive customer service from the manager, Chris Williams, and the admin, Chantell Graham. I'm busy, so normally used email to communicate. The few times I contacted them I always got a timely response that included solutions with no excuses. When I called it made me very happy that I got Chantell and not a robot directing me to other robots as is often the case these days; ServPro doesn't hide behind a phone tree. Finally, I am more than satisfied with the final results. The house is sparkling clean and they even attended to things that were not on the list and that's what I mean by above and beyond. Thanks, ServPro, I got more than my money's worth!
