Here for a trip and needed a run for coffee and other drinks with the family. First, this is a coffee stand and not a coffee shop. The guy running the stand when we went was awesome. Down to earth, helpful and fun. We had a big order and it was just him by himself and kept a smile and didn't appear frustrated even with a large group! So... yall left a young girl alone on her 3rd day? To whatever adult that was in charge on a Saturday and made this poor decision needs to truly consider how this is a bad call for her AND her safety but also for the inconvenience to your customers. What should have been a 5 minute pop up (first visit) turned out to take waaaaay too long with too much talking, too many let me checks, too much over explaining and not enough efficiency for a pleasant experience. $15 for one blended coffee no extras and one snowcone?? This isn't Austin. Actually this is closer to the worst most dried up part of town. Do better for her & I truly hope you won't blame a thing on her. Take accountability as an owner. read more

The service was great. The barrister was very helpful and worked hard to make our coffees delicious. The place is in a large storage barn, but they do have it fixed cute. The drive thru is recommended. read more

Stumbled upon this quaint little coffee shop whilst attending a wedding in Burnet Texas. Thirsty Armadillo offers a wide selection of coffee based beverages. The staff was courteous and had some fantastic recommendations. I ordered the Lumberjack and highly recommend it. The sausage jalapeño kolache was out of this world. Ended up ordering another one for the road. They make fresh lemonade. We tried the original and strawberry. It was quite refreshing. If you are in/passing Burnet Texas, I highly recommend you visit this establishment. Bonus: Ps: They have a drive thru. read more

Always love going to this place for coffee or any specialty drink. The employees are very kind and helpful and always get excited to see our 2 dogs. They get free pup cups!! Prices are reasonable and it's only a drive thru coffee place which I find it very convenient. I hope they will be around for a long time because my husband and I and our 2 pups would be heartbroken if they weren't. read more

This little coffee shop is a drive thru delight. The owner is a young woman who conjures up what I call the best candy coffee around. And she can make it sugar free! Try the banana bread latte. It's sweet delicious and did I mention it's sugar free? Just pull up and let the goodness begin. I really hope she can make a go of it in our small community. Great service and coffee drink from this fun Kingsland shop. I stopped by for the first time with my 10 month old Rough Collie in back. The barista offered a 'pup cup' which my dog had never had before but eventually licked clean. He loved all the attention more than anything. I had a super smooth peppermint mocha. Good stuff! Love Love Love this coffee place!! They have great coffee, cold drinks and food. The staff is always pleasant. When I bring my dog Hershey, they always give Hershey a "pup cup" with a dog treat on top. The best thing about this place is it's a drive thru and you don't have to get out of your vehicle. Almost $4 for a small ice tea. Got the order wrong and gave us a peach tea; which was terrible. Didn't know how to make a flat white.
