The theater is small and recalls the old vaudeville style theaters so it feels rather casual. It was packed and the audience was in a good humor. Im writing this review in English, although I think you will enjoy it if you know Swedish, otherwise most of the humor will be lost. The story opens with the hotel manager finding out the evening's trobadour will not make it and decides to put on a show with others staying at or working at the hotel. The cast was a charming high amateur level with solid enough performances to be engaged the whole evening. When they gather for the finale and Pico the bellman gets to take the lead, it is really heartwarming.

This is a really nice place because the crowd varies a lot and so does the music. Open wednesdays-saturdays. Bring your card, they dont take cash!

Hell yes! This is what I call a good club…read more Was in Gothenburg for a week and I am happy I had the chance to go to this club. 3 floors 4 separate rooms with different music. Very packed. Everyone dancing. What more would one want? On the downside the entrance was 180 plus 25 for the jackets. It was something that made us think twice before going in. However in my opinion it was totally worth it. Tips: 1. Go early to avoid the crowd 2. Don't wear anything too fancy as it gets crazy crowded and people tend to step on you 3. It's a bit underground so if you like it fancy pansy this is not the place to go 4. Leave your jacket at the garderobe as it gets very warm inside and there are no safe areas to leave stuff Regarding the crowd it's a very mixed crowd from early to late 20s from hipster to a bit more fancy. Very good mix with a bit of something for everyone! The interior is like an old house, where they have put in the rooms a dj in a corner and a bar in another. Very homelike feeling. Not like a club at all making it even more special and cool! Try it out!!

The todays are either fish or meat and gave me the good old feeling of cantina food - in a good way! The lunch is SEK89 and includes salad, bread, beverage, coffee/tea and a cake. Today it was princess cake!! So it's not just the ordinary dry dusty cookie. They have extended their venues to include the next door restaurant as well, so it is pretty roomy. Lunch is served all the way in on the street floor. I've been here later in the evening as well. Somehow it gets too loud and you have a hard time hearing your party. The nightclub upstairs is rather messy, loud and awkward. The place you go when you should be going home... They accept AMEX.

On days where there are bigger name concerts there's a line to get in sometimes. I've gone for drinks before and there was a bartender that sucked, was rude and snippy when I asked for a glass for my beer - sorry I don't want to facechug from the bottle like your typical clientele I guess.
