Dr. Barrett has the absolute, most gentlest and kindest of bedside manners. He took all of my concerns seriously and listened carefully to my complaints and description of pain. We made an initial plan for repair and salvage of my teeth and I appreciated the optimism. After some further x-rays we amended our plan for full removal of the problem teeth. That step I appreciated even more because it told me that Dr. Dave is always looking for the best solution for the patient. You will not be upsold on extra unneeded procedures, but you will get the right care for your problem. Dr. Barrett and the staff were *very friendly* and *very understanding* of what I was going through. I felt very safe in his care. I owe them an apology for being a little too scared during the procedure, honestly. I had to take a break from the procedures and he *listened to me* when I expressed any discomfort. To the utmost degree, Dr. Dave and the staff expressed real care and concern for my physical and emotional well-being for every visit to their office. I am eternally grateful. Their own website clearly states that "The dentists at Day & Night Family Dental will see any patient with a dental emergency the same day." I followed every instruction listed -- called ahead, explained my situation, and arrived within the hours they said walk‑ins were accepted -- yet was turned away. I understand things can get busy, but if policies change, patients should be informed before making a long drive.
