While she seems to "know her stuff", she did not act in a tactful manner, as she actually scolded us for spending money that we had been given as a gift on a vacation (believe me, we don't regret it). She then went on to tell us that this is why we had so much credit card debt (which we don't have and never have had). It was evident she didn't know how to maintain a working relationship with those in need of such services and treated us like children. After that meeting, we stopped seeing her. We continued to use her office's tax services though, as I run a small business and needed assistance with Estimated Taxes and such. While this seemed fine, this past year I paid $160 for the year to have Estimated Tax estimates made for us. Sometime early January of this year, I received a letter that we were being dropped (for whatever reason) from their services and needed to find someone else to assist with taxes. While completing the taxes ourselves this year, I realized that they never actually estimated my taxes as I had paid them for, for the last quarter. I contacted them by e-mail regarding this and a couple weeks later received a reply they would be sending a $40 check for the last quarter (as they didn't do their job for that quarter). The e-mail offered no apology. This is simply bad business. I wonder how many other people were not provided the services they paid for as well. I do not recommend using this service.

We had agreed upon a fee (IN WRITING) prior to the services being performed. Our accountant, Scott, made several errors to the return, which luckily I caught prior to filing. Once the return was finally error-free, we filed and about a month later, we received an invoice for over THREE TIMES the agreed upon price!! Apparently we are being charged for the extra time it took for our accountant to fix HIS MISTAKES!! We are currently disputing the excess charges with the firm but they are threatening to send us to collections over this matter. Please don't get into this same mess that we are in with them - it has been months of going back and forth with them trying to resolve this issue fairly for the amount we agreed to pay in the first place. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to a more ethical firm!!
