I spoke to Anni on the phone - she reassured me the dress will be "like new" "like nothing ever happened" but because I needed it fixed urgently for the next day she said they would need to work over night to fix it so I had to pay extra. Sounds absolutely fine - of course I am happy to pay extra, I respect people's work and time! She said I am meant to pick it up at 11 the next day - I have a flight for my wedding that day and have arranged everything so that I can pick up this dress based on what they have promised they would do and I have paid extra for! I come in at 11, say they need more time and to come back at 2. I come back at 2 - the dress has not been even started!! I come back at 3 and they literally just get started on my dress! I come back in half an hour to see their shady terrible job. When fixing the zipper they had snagged fabric, which was really delicate so the head had come apart. The rim that they were meant to fix was done with a completely different stitching as per the picture. Not only that but the stitching was done so badly, that threads were coming out all around the rim of the dress everywhere. When I highlighted a particularly bad part, they fixed that small part with a lighter in front of me, but this was literally all around the dress and needed fixing, so I waited for them to fix it before I could take the dress and bring it back to the girl I was renting from who was incredibly patient and gracious while I was keeping her posted on the whole terrible process. They gave me the dress finally at 5 o'clock, so I can just barely bring back the dress and literally have to run across the airport to not miss my flight! Then I find out they had taken the string from the dress corset so I had to contact the girl and pay for a temporary replacement for the string as she had a rental coming up, because these horrible women kept on refusing to return it. Not only that but they stopped returning my calls and messages and same for the girl whose string they had taken. Finally they did the right thing and sent it back to her - of course paid by me, but OMG I literally spent over 100 quid to go through this whole hell with these horrible women who just promise they will get something done, but provide a terrible terrible terrible service. A shame I was fooled by their good reviews on google - they need to be out of business. Worse seamstresses ever!
