My wife and I purchased a table at the table store and the experience has been an absolute nightmare. The table was not stained properly and rubbed off on our clothes and stained our brand new white quartz counter. They also left a nail in the bases scratching our brand new hardwoods. When I called the table store to advise of the issue, They replied all sales and final and you signed for it. They offered to send someone out in 10 days. Really? What a poor customer experience. This place is a joke, for the price they're charging for the junk they bought for pennies are horrendous. I asked for how much the carved bear key holder I believe, it looked like it... and it was molded in plastic and told me its $199 and left, since there was no price tag on it -- felt like he just invented a price in his head. No help -- nothing. If you want to buy good junk, better go to Marshalls instead, at least it's new. read more

I ordered a custom table on July 5th, 2019. I was told I had to pay in full up front which was my mistake, but my mom had successfully purchased a table from them, so I blindly trusted. I paid $953.99 and was told it would take 12 weeks for delivery. I have called to check on my order and the phones are not working and it looks like the store has been closed. I have not received any notifications. I still don't have my table and I haven't received a refund. Steven Oleesky was the salesman and seems to be the owner. Great selection and concept for both new and old tables and chairs. Staff are friendly and custom paint on furniture is very good. Follow through such as completing work on time is poor and communication of delays is very poor. If you don't mind the wait and being put off each time you call for an update when they fail to call, you will be glad you found this place. read more

Like others, we are extremely disappointed and angry that the staff at The Table Store took advantage of us and stole our $1800+ for a custom table that we will never see. We placed an order back in May for a promised delivery date of mid August. I called to get a follow up on the status of our custom table and was told that they were in the middle of an auction and that they would have to call me back. I never got a call back, drove over there on Saturday and like others, found the store empty with no leads as to where or how we can get our table. read more

This establishment is very unprofessional and does not stand my their work. I had a table and chair painted and it was not done correctly. When I contacted them, they were difficult to reach. Buyer Beware. First of all, if you order something to made, you have to pay everything up front. 2. They do not stick to the timeline to finish 3. When you call, there are no updates 4. They do not send pictures for approval 5. If you call when they say it's going to be ready, they either do not answer or do not always return your calls(scary because you've already paid up front. 6. They deliver your furniture after hours so they can be gone from the store when you get your delivery and it's not what you asked for. 7. They will not take responsibility and fix it when you tell them they did not do what you asked. 8. You have to ask and pay extra for a polyurethane protective coat- which they do not tell you about at the time your placing g an order. So, if your Just window shopping and see something you want to buy, you might be ok, otherwise, I have 2 great builders I know and can hook you up with who, take a deposit on order, send updates and pictures while building, and will fix what others didn't do correctly for a great price. Unfortunately, one of these builders knows the owner of the table store and warned me about him, but I had already paid up front so - my bad!!! read more

If you want top quality, look no further. However be careful. If you want a table built, they take the money upfront with no refunds. We were told two weeks ended up being 5. When I asked about status, apparently it was available for several days or more but the warehouse and store didn't communicate. Also know that deliveries are only done after 6pm. Very happy with The Table Store customer service and quality of furniture. We ordered a table to be built and received it before the deadline. We were so happy with the table we decided to purchase a set of chairs from them as well. The table is beautiful,the chairs have the look my wife wanted, and everything is built solid. The best part about this place is the mom and pop feel. Everyone from the Owner/Managers all the way to the guys who loaded it in my truck made us feel welcomed. Really amazed how great their prices are. They have a huge selection of all different kind of home items. Not just furniture. The only problem was that they have such great items but you can't see them all because the space is too small! They need a bigger space. Also, loved their yard art, but some of the items have been out there for a while and the prices have faded so you can't read them. I hope they fix it. read more

Customer service is lacking. The Table store messed our order up from the beginning. Table came distressed, which we did not want, nor wanted to wait another 5-6 weeks for another table to be made. Ordered a complete table with a base, they were not ready at the same time, even though it was confirmed several days prior they would be ready. Table base came, and covered in dust. Disrupted a dinner party we had scheduled, and after weeks of trying to find a solution for us to be a happy customer...the mangager decided that because of their miscommunication internally, free delivery was all that The Table Store was going to provide. Would not recommend based on this alone, The Table Store makes a quality product, but they have the mentality that they are the only show in town. I ordered a coffee table from this place on November, 6th of last year. At the time the owner said they were telling people 8-12 weeks but once Thanksgiving had passed it would most likely bring it down closer to the 8 weeks. It is now March, 11th and I called again today for an update. I was told they were getting very close to completion and would contact me when it is ready. At this point I was pretty upset, I think at the least they should be able to give a date for completion. They put the owner "Steve" on the phone who told me to bring in my card and they would issue a refund. When I said no, I want the table and a completion date he told me to F- off and hung up on me. I have another table that I bought from them which is beautiful but the top is separating from the base. This was supposed to be repaired when I went to pick up the new table. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. VERY DISHONEST. I have never been treated so poorly. Sad because when I purchased the original table I told everyone I knew about the place and what great pieces they had. read more

We paid in full for a table top to be made to an existing antique base we had. This was in late October or beginning of November. It was to be a Christmas gift to my husband and I from my sister. We were told it would take 2 weeks. They finally delivered Dec 17th. At an additional cost of 140.00 to us. They delivered it in a landscaping trailer with NO covering on our base, that had been painted, or the new table top. The base had a broken toe on the claw foot and the top had a 2 inch scratch. My husband who was the only one home at the time of delivery opted not to take the damaged product AFTER he was assured by one of the delivery people that it could all be repaired and delivered again the next day. Well on Wed, the 18th, the store said delivery company had an issue and it couldn't be delivered until Thursday. Well, it couldn't be delivered Thursday because it was raining. My husband requested that the table be delivered in a regular moving truck. The Table Store refused this. Then, the store said they were cancelling the entire order because we were SO RUDE AND THEY WOULD VE UNABLE TO SATISFY US !!! They would refund our money and we could puck up our base. My husband said we would puc k the table up but they won't allow it. The store knew I needed this table by Christmas which is now in 4 days. We have no gift, and NO table. Their customer service is horrible. Don't know if they won't give us what we paid for because they are vindictive or if their product is inferior and are afraid we will "catch it". Regardless, I have never been treated this way and have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a so called business! They clearly get 0 stars and I'm going to the better business bureau. I only have 1 star because I HAD TO. This place should really be NEGATIVE 5 STARS IN MY TRUE OPINION! read more

We ordered our coffee table and was told it would be ready in 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, it was still not ready. Was told it would be ready in another 2 weeks. After 8 weeks, still have not received it and now it will not be ready for another few days. Paying over $600 for a handmade coffee table seemed over priced, but worth it. But having to wait 8 and a half weeks for it....crazy. I will update my post whenever I get my table. read more

I've been heartbroken for days. I ordered a custom table...which was the one splurge I had moving into a new house. Placed my order on 5/21. Called at the beginning of this month and was told my table would be just a little longer. She then tried to get me to pay $149 for delivery over the phone. On August 21 my table was supposed to be ready for pickup. I called, got no answer. Called and called over a few days with no answer and decided to stop in in person only to find the place empty. When I talked to them a few weeks prior I was never told that there would be a delay or that they were closing...and they tried to scam me out of the additional $149 for delivery. Unbelievable!!! No warning. No word. And to not even answer the phone to ppl whose money they've taken. I am not the only one...a guy pulled up at the same time bc he bought a piece at their auction 2 days prior that didn't have the pieces and multiple ppl posted on their fb page about the same issue as me...out of $1000's+. We all lost our money bc we trusted the untrustworthy. Very sad situation but people like that always see karma at some point. I gave 1 star only bc I had to to post my review. Buyer beware if they open up under a new name...do your research. read more
