The Swing Studio is a all-weather golf facility located at Staining Lodge Golf Course. PGA Golf Professional Tony Johnstone & Gavin Forsyth offer Individual & Group Lessons for all ages and abilities. We have a Junior Bitesize Academy and England Golfs "Get Into Golf" scheme. We have SkyTrak Golf Simulator and SkyPro Swing Analysis Software. Our facilities include a 250 yard Grass Practise Ground, Chipping & Putting Green and 18 Hole Golf Course.

History

Established in 2015.

The Swing Studio officially opened its doors in January 2016 with PGA Golf Professional Tony Johnstone & PGA Coach Gavin Forsyth. Tony has over 20 years within the golf industry. He obtained a scholarship from the PGA when he qualified in 2005 for his success in his examinations. He was the Assistant Professional at the De Vere Herons Reach prior to joining Staining in 2008. Gavin is a lecturer at Myerscough College teaching talented students who are pursuing their own careers within the industry. Both Tony & Gavin offer lessons at Staining and between them, run the Junior Golf Academy.

PGA Golf Professional Tony Johnstones talks about his inspiration behind the Swing Studio... "My job as a Golf Professional is quite exciting, sometimes challenging but always rewarding role. I take pride in improving golfers swings giving them more enjoyment out on the golf course. One thing I cannot control is the weather and it was our (myself & Gavins) vision to create a indoor academy. It took a few years of planning and saving up but we are very happy to open the Swing Studios doors in January 2016. It's onwards and upwards now as we develop the business further and continue to help golfers improve with the latest tech, in the comfort of the Swing Studio" PGA Golf Coach Gavin Forsyth talks about his inspiration behind the Swing Studio...
