Great condo style hotel. Spacious & had a nice small village to eat at. Front desk & concierge very friendly & helpful. Gondola to the top is located in a 3 minute walk. My room 3254 has a really nice large balcony's & quiet unfortunately place was very dusty & washing machine door was broken, maintenance come out, showed me how to open door with a very strong push & lift up. I called front desk about mold in shower, they were very good about wanting to send someone right then to clean it & offered a bottle of wine which was nice but declined.

What a beautiful hotel, we stayed in a suite with three kids & four adults and we had plenty of room, there were two bed rooms with king size beds and each had their own bathroom with a tub & shower! There was also a washer & dryer available to use which was awesome. We had a balcony facing the pool, which had amazing view! There was another balcony off one of the bedrooms. The pool is outdoors as well as the hot tub, its expensive but gorgeous defiantly enjoyed our stay!

When ski I need a great bed for a solid sleep, and a well set up kitchen so I can shop and cook breakfast lunch and dinner. The Sutton is strong: awesome beds, en-suite bathrooms, dishwasher, full size fridge, flatscreen tvs. BUT what is really great is how close the the door is to gondola up the hill. The staff was extremely helpful both at check in and at getting us set up for a week of skiing.

Exemplary service. Great front desk staff and impeccable room cleaning. Catering staff during our conference were polite, attentive, and cheerful. Even the grounds and landscape staff were in good humour and worked around our impromptu outdoor workshops in the courtyard! Excellent facilities - warm pool, multiple hot tubs, on-site restaurant and services. I had several meals from the restaurant, and all of the food was above average, and the wait staff were incredible given our level of rowdiness and complicated orders. The room layouts are a bit odd - the sleeping quarters are tight compared to the expansiveness of the rest of the suite, but the bathrooms are luxurious, the kitchen generous with high quality fixtures. Note that you will not have a view if you face the courtyard. Also, the rooms facing the courtyard can be noisy at night. I'd request a room facing the valley next time I visited this hotel. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, service, and value of this hotel. The rooms are dirt cheap in the off seasons. Note that there isn't really anything within walking distance of the resort. This is probably the biggest downfall of the resort. If you expecting something like Whistler or SunPeaks Village, then you will be disappointed.

Striking mountainous views from our gorgeous suite

There is a mini fridge, microwave, television, coffee maker, and a decent couch. There is a desk space with chair for laptop work. The chair needs repair. If you arrive late for check-in, for us, it was about 11 PM, you might have trouble finding parking. For late night snacks, their vending machines were empty. The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast varies from day to day, but is very good and fresh. Plenty of options, including variations of bacon, sausage eggs, as well as the typical bread products, fruit, cereals. They have an outdoor hot tub and heated pool. You can ask for a bathrobe at the front desk to walk from your room to the hot tub. Overall, a very nice hotel and we had an excellent two-night stay. If we are out this way again, we will stay here.

I am a super picky hotel guest, and I never find anything that turns me off. Thank you for having a great property. Bobbi

I always like Coast chain of hotels for a mid range accommodation. It is not luxurious or opulent…read morebut it is cozy and comfortable. The room is clean, the air conditioner is working. Much needed in the height of summer temperature reaching the mid to high 30c. It still carries Bee Kind amenities and I love that brand! It is outside the downtown area of Revelstoke, so you will need to drive into town or take the shuttle for $2 per way. It is about 5 mins away. I like the hot tub. There are two! One outdoor with a view of the mountains and everyone looking at you. The other is in the lower level where the small fitness center is. There are also steam room and sauna and shower area and lounge area there. There are also complimentary beverages like coffee, tea (teavana) and fruit infused water in the morning. After that, only water is available. The lounge area is quite big with a pool table. You can be kept occupied even if you spend a whole day indoors. I'll stay here again if I ever visit Revelstoke again.

The paved road just circles around a Rock outcrop to give you a better view. Room clean, comfortable mattresses. Very clean modern bathroom. Nice nature hideaway from the busy highway. Always cool with gentle breeze or a fresh rain shower. Staff very polite and helpful. Bar, restaurant, hot tubs, and sit around kind of areas. Nice, so maybe more stays planned.

It is located right beside Best Western Plus but it is not exactly the same level. Like all Best Western hotels, they include a free breakfast. Don't have high expectations of the breakfast here. Both days that we stayed here, we were not served any meat. The food was kind of meh. I do like playing with the waffle machine but that doesn't mean I like eating their waffles. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The stay was around $200 a night. The location isn't bad either. There are free parking on site. Staff were friendly. Nothing too wow.

Do not expect anything fancy here. It's under the SureStay brand by Best Western (BW), not Best…read moreWestern Plus which is confusingly located next to it. So this is Stoke Hotel under BW but it looks like an old hotel or motel converted. The room is small but clean. For a couple of nights, this is fine. Plus the price is definitely "cheaper" than many other hotels nearby. Around $180+ tax/night when we were here in September. BW Plus would be $230 or more in the same time period and other places can get to $300 and up. Just to give context to pricing during the shoulder season. They provide LaCoupe toiletries which I like. Earplugs too. Maybe for the train? I didn't hear it over the sound of the AC. The room is basic with things you need. A microwave, small fridge, luggage rack and a blind for the window to block the Sun and for privacy from people from walking past. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are hit and miss. Some are harder like an inflatable and others are softer. The only thing I don't like is the sink in the bathroom. It is so low that I have to bend over to brush my teeth. The hot tub is actually pretty nice. I used it in the morning when it's not so busy. At night it's really dark and insects come out to play. Breakfast is included. Unfortunately it is not as good as BW Plus. For the two mornings we were there, only eggs were part of the protein spread. No bacon or sausage at all. The BW waffle was also not that nice compared to when I had it at other BW Plus. The hash browns were terrible. The highlight was the jams and spreads for the toast and muffin. I like the variety as there were cream cheese and Nutella besides fruit jams and peanut butter. There were fruits, cereals, muffins, banana bread (this disappeared quickly and not replenished) and yogurt. Bottom line: Good basic place to stay if you're on a budget. Just don't expect more. Free parking is also a plus. And free wifi too. Location is also good as it's just after the bridge into Revelstoke and it is surrounded by many fast food chains and gas stations. Convenient to walk there if you don't want to drive.
