I was informed that 1 shirt had to be hand pressed because it had a button, and there was a rush charge applied to the whole order. When I explained that this was not the agreed upon price the guy said but that is the price. After a further conversation with the clerk as to how this was bait and switch - and it was ridiculous to tell me a shirt that I've had sent to cleaners a dozen times with no hiccup all of a sudden needed to be hand pressed for $3.50 extra was ridiculous! I refused to pay the up charges and he finally gave me back the difference as I was not leaving with that "new" price. Stay away from this '"business" - they will bait and switch you with no hesitation!! Not to mention that they said their regular business of doing clothes would be to drop them off on Monday and retrieve them on FRIDAY!! Really??? That is ridiculous!! I'd rather go to the Sullied Duck where they will do it same day at $7.50 an hour for hand pressing!! Poor business - bad fiscal policies! No prices are posted ANYWHERE - so they just make them up! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

I arrived early before the crowd got bad. My first impression was very positive, as it looked very modern with nice washers and dryers and had very nice tables and chairs. The prices were higher than what I'm used to paying in my area. I pay 2.25 here and theirs were 3.00. I thought, well that's not bad since they're new washers, but I didn't realize that 3.00 was for cold water! When I pushed "hot wash" it jumped to 3.50! So that's quite a bit more than I pay here. Also, the dryers in the laundromats up here give me 7 minutes for 25 cents. Down there I had to pay 50 cents for the same amount of time. For management's information, I used 3 washers - #3, 4, and 5. I had whites in #3 and 4 and 5 were colors. I put my liquid detergent in the correct slots that were indicated in all 3 washers. I noticed that only #4 had suds! 3 and 5 were just sloshing clear water around! It's a mystery what happened to the detergent I put in 2 of the washers, but I knew I had wasted my money because all they were doing was getting the clothes WET! When I removed my whites, it was very obvious that they weren't clean and I had even added bleach! So I wasted a lot of money ($15) wetting and drying dirty laundry that didn't come clean! I'll have to rewash everything at a different laundromat in my area and I won't go back there!

Instead of saying something like"I made a mistake" or it was a misunderstanding, he stated that he never said the original price. I paid the misquoted price to get home and find subpar workmanship. I will never be returning and would not encourage any one to go there.
