If you’ve rented on the 2nd floor, a few steps from the loading bay is where you’ll find 2 large industrial sized elevators. You can also find all of the essential moving supplies available in the rental office for a very fair price. Vernon Storage Centre’s staff take great pride in what they’ve been able to create. The single most important thing that comes with choosing to rent here, is the customer service. The staff is always available to answer any of your questions, give you a tour of the building, offer some advice, and do their best to make moving day as easy, and stress free, as possible.

Too bad that's company policy. Website says this location is open Mondays - nope it's not. The onus is totally on the locker renter and god help you if you miss one payment.
