But then I saw Bundaberg Ginger Beer and nearly fainted because I was so happy (ok, maybe slight exaggeration), so I ordered two bottles of that. This particular afternoon I really just wanted some extra protein so I got both a burger and Skink. The burger was solid but I really liked the Cullen Skink. If you are a fan of Seafood it's a must. I say Seafood and not just Clam Chowder because I feel like depending on where you live, the Chowder can vary. The one's I love the most are the creamy white broths but I also wasn't a huge fan of the Seafood Chowder's I had in Ireland. It's just a little too thin on the broth and creaminess. However there's something about the skink that really does it for me. It's not as creamy as the Clam Chowder we have in states but it's also got a little Smokey component from the fish. I almost wish I woulda had a local whiskey to go with it. What made it even better was that it was a cold day so of course the soup tasted even better. Parking is a little challenging. Theres a parking lot in front of this place but it's still kinda small. I highly recommend giving yourself some extra time to get there due to the parking situation.
