The phone number listed goes to an answering service who could only send emails to the owner/operator and not really assist with anything. I emailed the account more than once with no response. I paid for both May and June, but was never able to access the facility or my unit. I canceled my unit on June 21, but they still tried to bill for July and August. Now they say they are auctioning off the unit. It isn't going to do too well since it is completely empty. No one bothers to contact you via email or return messages left with the answering service. Horrible place that stole $100 from me.
