Nice place to sit and have a cigar with decent selection. Nice to find a true cigar place vs a head shop.

By chance I found this place while traveling. Took me 5 minutes off of the interstate and was hopeful it would have a good quality selection and not be a dump. I WAS NOT disappointed and you won't be either! The guy running the joint that day, maybe the owner, was super polite and helpful. Courtesy goes a long way. The building seems small but it's laid out well with some separation in seating for some privacy, with really nice furniture. But what matters most is selection and pricing. This place is good on both! I was super impressed with the quality selection and humidors, all the major brands and some outliers I'd never heard of. Every cigar I bought was ready to light immediately and at an affordable price that allowed me to buy a couple extra. I definitely will be back when my travels take me anywhere near there! read more

I stopped for a few cigars to enjoy with friends. The first impression is - what a GREAT place! The cigar selection is very big, lots to pick from. The staff is very knowledgeable- just ask and they have a bunch of choices for you. Depending on your choices prices are moderate to fairly high. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with plenty of plush leather chairs as well as tables for activities and conducting business. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and will point you in the right direction if you're unfamiliar with cigars. They allow BYOB so you can enjoy your favorite spirits while smoking a fine cigar. If you forgot your torch or favorite cutter, don't worry they got you covered, there are complimentary cutters and lighters at the counter for use while you're visiting. Great little mom and pop kinda place with a nice and expanding selection of cigars. The owners were incredibly friendly, and the vibe from the clientele was extremely inviting. Prices are very good for a brick and mortar cigar shop. Yes, you can buy cigars cheaper online, but you're getting much more for your money at a quality shop like this. You're getting a nice place to relax and enjoy your cigars, and friendly and helpful owners who want to make sure you enjoy yourself. The shop is just a couple minutes south of I-70, which makes it an ideal place to stop if you happen to be passing through the area. The have two separate lounge areas, one that is bigger and more open in the front, and a smaller, cozier area in the back. Both are comfortable in their own ways. The walk-in humidor isn't huge, but selection is respectable, especially for a young shop. They sell soft drinks and coffee, but no alcohol (I believe it's a state law). I believe they allow BYOB. I will definitely try to stop in any time I happen to pass through Dayton. And I would encourage anyone else in the area to do so, as well. read more

Bought cigars there several times. Last week I bought two bad Romeo Juliet cigars. Smelled like mold or fungus. Took them back to exchange or refund. Was told they were fine and challenged to fist fight. If ZZ top wasent so old I would have gladly abliged. Don't BUY anything there owner is Rodney he is ZZ top. read more

Decent cigar store. Really good selection. However my one gripe is that they charge for a book of matches!! Spent $20 on a couple of cigars and you can't give me a match?! Been to a lot of cigar stores from Boston to Florida and they've always thrown in a small box of matches. If you're that cheap then you don't need any more of my business. read more

Great place, good stock of cigars and supplies, a wonderful group of guys, you couldn't ask for any thing else. As a visitor, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. In the Dayton-type area, not many places to comfortably enjoy a smoke in a safe, inviting atmosphere. FEAR NOT: The Stogie Smoke Stop is a welcome addition to the cigar loving community. Clean, great air filtration systems, super attentive owners, lockers for rent to hold your smokes and BYOB. A very decent selection of cigars and pipe tobacco with cutters & lights, big screen TV's, 2 big rooms to choose from: with tables for cards/dominos, working/studying or the "lounge" area complete with club chairs, comfy couches, big screen TV's a bar with ice machine and fridge to purchase pop or keep your BYOB purchases cold. I have been a prior devotee of the "other" place, ends in "F", but this is BY FAR a better, more comfortable and relaxing safe respite from our daily lives. Fast FREE WiFi too! Well worth the trip "out of the way" in Beavercreek. The Owner is particularly amicable, knowledgeable, accommodating for all EMS, police, fire and military-type folks. The only downside is they close at 2100 (9pm), but hopefully they will extend those in the near future. read more
