It is of the utmost importance to me to preserve the integrity and heritage of this quilt. I requested it be done in the Baptist fan because it was traditionally used for generations by my family. I received the quilt and it was NOT A Baptist fan! It is some kind of tight scroll that I had never seen. It looks impossible to take apart without destroying the quilt top. It puckered the fabric because of how tight the pattern is . Some pieces are folded together and sown on top of each other . I checked on the receipt and it says a Baptist fan. The owner of the shop is the person I had spoken with about having it quilted . I told her how excited I was to own my great grandmothers quilt . I also had my mother flown in from North Carolina to help me pick the fabric and how it would be quilted . I shared all these things with the owner of the store to let her know how much this quilt top meant to me . The owner seemed very unimpressed by my humble quilt. She stated that it was no special pattern, it looked like someone was using up all their scraps, it's not even square. I knew it was not fancy but I absolutely love it I replied. Her and I spoke that day about having the quilt bound. I remember asking her advice on what kind of fabric to use . She called me to tell me that the quilt was complete. When my husband picked it up it was not bound. That cost us an additional $70. This was in addition to the $160 she charged me for quilting and fabric . I do not mind paying for services however we had spoken of it the first day and she had mindlessly disregarded this . I called to tell her she had ruined my family quilt . Telling her I requested a Baptist fan. Within seconds she looked at the receipt and said oh yes I see it was supposed to be a Baptist fan . I fought back tears realizing there is nothing I can do to fix this! My heart is broken! This was very important to me! The quilt that was going to preserve the heritage and tradition of my family is now ruined!

Once we got the scheduling done, the entire process went smoothly. The oven repair was for a…read morebuilt-in Whirlpool model that I had already removed in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue. This took place in February or March 2026, and it's now early May, so unfortunately I don't remember the repairman's name, as I would definitely give him kudos for his workmanship & pleasant demeanor. The repairman who came out was very efficient & candid about what had happened & what needed to be done. It ended up being a particular fuse that sat immediately behind the control panel had failed, & it just required replacement. There was an entire litany of things that could've gone wrong with it, & he could've quoted me on several of those things, replaced them & charged me exorbitantly for the parts & labor. But... he did not. He was very honest with me & even educated me a little while he checked other parts ( mainly a different fuse on the back of the oven ) to make sure they were functional before he left. I most certainly would use Adam's Appliance Repair. Unfortunately for Yelp, I won't be needing their services in seeking an appliance repair service company - I've found who I'm sticking with hereafter!!

Arthur Hauptman, the Technician, was early for our appointment. He is polite, enjoyable to be with and is an expert in his field. I would hire him in a second no matter what type company I owned. I cannot tell where the damage was on the car seat. It looks new. Call them if you require repairs to almost any carpet, furniture or leather. You will be glad that you did.

Its a great shop was able to drop my machine off in the morning and pick it up a few hours later. I was super upset that my machine was making the noise it was making. They made me feel so much better. Fixed it the same day I brought it in and made me a super happy girl now i can go home and finish a quilt. read more

It was a rainy Monday evening about 30 minutes before they closed, and as one woman was showing me the machine, another woman was closing the store and giving me dirty looks as she was covering up the machines. In hindsight I should have gotten up and left, but she had me convinced that this machine was great, and when I went to pay for it and use the discount that applied, they applied it after taxes. Now nowhere in history have I ever seen a discount applied after taxes, but the rude fat woman who gave me dirty looks insisted this is how it worked and they had a legal right to do that. It was really too late to cancel the sale after I noticed it. When I went to the class to learn how to use the machine, I noticed lint in the bobbin casing letting me know in fact it had never been cleaned or reconditioned for sale and was not "like new." The class turned out to be nothing more then a sales pitch for accessories, also overpriced. These machines are overrated, overpriced, and basically they don't really like male clients, at least the fat rude woman didn't at this dealer. They don't follow common retail standards. I moved away for a while, came back and was informed that the warranty was void because I didn't have it cleaned in the years that I had left when it was in storage. There is a slipped stitch on the zigzag function occasionally, even in the beginning, and I wanted it fixed. They wouldn't let me come into their store without a face muzzle in 2021, which is discrimination and illegal. I told them to screw off and that I would never purchase anything from them ever again. I didn't see the fat rude woman, I think her name was Uddie. Maybe she died, good riddance. Wish I had never walked into that place. If you're going to buy a Bernina, go to another dealer, especially if you're a man. They don't like men in their space. So much for "equality."

Despite the fact that I am not spending a TON of money on a fancy new machine I am treated as well when I spend $50 as I believe I would be spending $50,000 with them. Everyone is friendly, professional and answers any silly questions I have. If you want fantastic customer service this is the best sewing machine dealer in the OKC area to get that.

By the time I got there, the sales people had discussed my issue, and already pre-diagnosed the problem. They had me up and running in no time at all, and I still have the whole weekend to finish my project, which has a hard deadline of next Tuesday! This kind of product knowledge is the reason to buy from B Sew Inn. They stand behind their products because they KNOW their products. It is never just lip service. They have a very comfortable and low stress area for classes and sit and see. They have an all year Christmas room and lots of theme fabrics as well as blenders and 108 backings at reasonable prices. Additionally they are a licensed Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, and Singer store and can help with any of those machines, quilting and machine embroidery.

We have used Anthony's for many many years and all of our appliances are from them. From now on, if we need someone to come out on a service call, we will be requesting Rick.
