She never answers the phone. She keeps the store door locked which is interesting. She sent my receipt via text to the wrong phone number (idk how she got that number) so I gave her my number once again and she couldn't figure it out how to give me my receipt. I gave her my bridesmaid dress 4 weeks ahead, which she said wasn't enough time so I had to pay a rush fee. She was removing the arm loops, hemming the front and she said she had to change the neck line due to removing the arm loops. I told her I needed it by the 26th and a week and a half out my flights changed due to COVID and I informed her I had to leave the 24th unfortunately. She did not respond. I called her at 12:30pm on the 24th and she said she was finishing up and would send a completion text in the next 15 minutes. 3 hours goes by, I call her at 3:30pm and she tells me something about a conference call and someone else needing to pick up something so she'll need 30 more minutes. I don't understand why she wouldn't just tell me she hadn't started yet or why I needed to pay a rush fee if she started and finished it in a couple hours. She didn't answer my phone calls for a week straight, so I decided to bring my wedding dress in to her, all I needed was to have a few beads tacked down as I bought my dress used and they had come loose. However, she didn't allow to me to explain any of this, as soon as I stepped in the door she began talking to me very rudely and acting as if it was my fault for showing up like this. When I said I did try to call she said she "doesn't have time to answer the phone". after a bit a squabbling I left my dress with her with trust that once she saw she it was only a few beads, there wouldn't be a problem. She said she would talk to me the next week. A week later I got an email from her saying she didn't have the time and that I needed to pick up my dress. When I arrived to get my dress, I asked her "did you look at what needed to be done?" the answer, plainly, was no. Frankly I don't understand how any business can keep it's doors open while 1) not answering the phones 2) assuming customers needs and being rude 3) not having enough time and resources to fix a couple beads OR even zip the bag open and peek at the work requested. I was very shocked by my experience because of all these raving reviews. At first I thought maybe I caught her on a bad day, it'll get better, but it did not. I VERY RARELY write reviews so please keep that in mind when I say I would give her negative stars if I could. it was a waste of my time and effort, only for her to not even look at the dress.
