I graduated last year and my lease ended in August. I never signed another lease, yet they email me every week saying I owe rent. I tried to go in and get an inspection so I could get my security deposit back but they were very unprofessional in doing so. I still haven't received my security deposit 5 months after my lease ended and I call about once a week but I'm only able to talk to students and they will never put me through to management.

To moving in students who chain smoke and smoke weed that enters my apartment on a daily and nightly basis, taking away my peace and health day by day for months on end, as management does NOTHING to help. I could not deter anyone from this management company and apartment complex more. It's a shame. Please protect yourself from the misery I am now in, riding out my lease as they don't allow you to break it in a reasonable manner, and have not been able to relocate me despite my serious habitability concerns. I've filed SEVERAL complaints and written emails upon emails that have never been responded to. I've had to sleep in my vehicle to escape the health and safety concerns I've faced whilst living here. I will never be living in this complex ever again in my life, nor will I lease an apartment from Greystar management either.
