My partner and I just needed to "get away" and booked this without doing any homework! So when we arrived and it was raining we hoped we hand´t made a mistake. Being a regular visitor to Spain I know rain is not usual! and it didn´t stop us having the most relaxing week. The owners invited us to enjoy a traditional Andalucian Paella on our last day - at 40€ for us both, including a lot of "Tinto Verano" it was a delicious bargain. Francisco (the husband) has a winning dish there. Tracey and Francisco couldn´t be lovelier. They left us entirely alone after welcoming us, showing us were everything was and how it all functioned - beautiful little cottages with everything you need for a weeks get-away. We walked up to the paddocks to see their horses, down to the river to see turtles, Kingfishers and lots of dragonflies, played one game of Boules on the small court they have made, but found ourselves so relaxed we didn´t have energy for more. We ate really scrummy food at the restaurants recommended by Francisco and Tracey and just got "lost" in the whole kicked-back charm and chill of the place. read more
