Most of the glamour is gone. Still, lots of Southern charm left to embrace. The bar service, a mixture of playful cocktails and good conversation, is fantastic. Closes a bit early for me, but there are other spots nearby to hit up.

The front desk ladies were not only beautiful but incredibly friendly--always welcoming and positive, which really stood out. A few of them even helped us find some great fishing spots! Most afternoons they would have koolaid in the lobby. Breakfast was what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express--consistently clean, fresh, and well-stocked.. The kitchen staff made a point to greet us and ask how we were doing each morning, which we really appreciated. Housekeeping did a great job, and the hotel overall always felt clean, safe, and well cared for. We truly enjoyed our stay thanks to the friendly atmosphere and excellent service.
