From there, the taxi driver showed up, puffing cigarette smoke everywhere, and then proceeded to tell us that before he would take us to our hotel, he was going to stop at the garage to pick up his iced coffee. This was totally out of line, and this didn't seem to register with this particular driver. My friend and I were actually nervous that something bad was going to happen to us as we approached the garage because it was so...weird. After this, the cab picked up I kid you not, 3 other passengers, including driving behind one particular apartment complex and parking next to a dumpster, until we were all packed in the vehicle. Then instead of taking my friend and I to our location, even though we were first in, he dropped off all of these people to their destinations first. The driver was rude, super unprofessional and the van was not in the best condition. It's a shame that ride-sharing is not in the area because it's essentially a free-for-all with the local taxi services. This one was the worst. Probably the most uncomfortable cab ride I've ever had. The only upside was that after driving all over Sandusky before reaching our destination, the driver only charged us like $10.
