I walked in on a Sunday morning and was fortunate enough to have both designers available to help me select new living room furniture. Their assistance and suggestions for the fabric selection was wonderful, along with their product knowledge, warranty, and care card information...I can not wait for our order to arrive. I would 100 percent recommend this store and especially Rob and Kevin for anyone looking to furnish their beach homes. I am going back to order the bedrooms and dining rooms, can't wait!

While I was impressed with the in stock furniture and customer service when I was purchasing , my opinion changed when I had an issue with an expensive piece of outdoor furniture. I had the chair less than 30 days when it fell apart. I contacted them and was told I would receive a call back later that day which I did not get. Finally I received a call asking for pictures and serial number. I was then sent an email if I had any questions to contact them. I asked if they would replace the chair since it was practically new and I heard no response. I told them since this was a vacation home I would like to quickly resolve this as we would be closing up the house shortly. Again no response. I followed up two days later with a phone call first thing in the morning and was told the manager and her boss were there and she would call me right back with an answer which never happened. I called an hour before closing to see what the answer was and I was told by the manager what did I expect! It was her birthday and a holiday weekend plus they were busy all day with customers. I guess once they have your money you are no longer a customer. To make matters worse the manager said in his opinion I should apologize to the sales person because he felt I was being unreasonable. Really! All I wanted was answers not attitude. Will be purchasing the rest of my furniture somewhere else.

A young woman asked me if she could help. I told her I was looking for now, and that I'll be buying something in the next few weeks. She pointed to the couches and said that I could get them in any material on the swatches. Then she walked away. When I called her over to ask a question, she answered my question but when I followed up with another I noticed she was gone. She wasn't openly rude, she simply seemed very disinterested. I didn't feel like she knew much about the furniture I was looking for, and didn't seem to care. She mostly sat with another employee talking. Again, not outwardly rude, but her indifference was not welcoming and I just wanted to leave. My past experience with sales people has been that they were mostly enthusiastic and energetic. After speaking with her I had no desire to stay or spend my money
