I asked about how long the wait was gonna be to get my hair done and I was told about 30 minutes, maybe less. I waited over an hour without being acknowledged. Walked in and NOBODY greets you at the door, there is a sheet to sign in and a sign stating "if you don't have an appointment the wait will be longer, as appointment have priority ". Proceeded to sit down and started to notice how the station as you walked in was so dirty with hairs all on the floor, I figured maybe the person was on break and will later be swept. 30 minutes passed the station never got swept . Where do I begin... So today was my first time here (AND THE LAST). I noticed this place because their cheap $15 Tuesday deal. Figured it was too good to be true. I walked in and only 1 person was waiting. The black barber hollered at the other barber who was waxing his eyebrows. I instantly got a bad feeling about this place, but decided to ignore my instincts. I sat down and the guy was not personable whatsoever. He looked like he wanted to leave. I shoulda waited for the other barber closer to the door. Anyhoo, my barber begins to cut my hair and super fast I might add. Never have I seen a barber cut so fast. As if he had a line of clients waiting or something. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and he shrugged like ok. No conversation throughout the entire haircut. Only time he spoke was to tell me tilt my head. When's he starts to trim my beard is when it gets worse His clipper starts ripping hairs out. Shit stung. He didn't bother to acknowledge my discomfort. And he didn't bother to look back at the photo I showed him. Seriously haircut and beard took like 30minutes. It was so rushed. And without warning he applies alcohol to my the back of my head and shit burned. Once it was done he asked if it was ok and I was like yeah it's "good" wanting to leave already! But then he stays there and is like "you can pay me $20 here." In my mind I was like damn this guy is rude af. Guess this place doesn't take debit/credit, so I had to pull money from ATM. I wanted to give a tip out of sympathy, but homeboy didn't want one. He was happy with just the $20. He looked eager to leave. Maybe had to go to the restroom or something. If I could give O stars I would. They are so unprofessional. My sons have been coming here for years because they really liked their barber Joel and i kept letting it slide but enough is enough. Today he did it again. Yes it must be our fault for letting it slide in so many times (around 8-10). We make appointments for both my sons with him and he is constantly a no show or just takes off . Last time my youngest even cried because he didn't want a random barber cutting his hair. I mean common curtesy if you are not able to make your appointments cancel before hand don't let your clients get there and just leave them in the limbo. It doesn't matter if you are good at cutting hair or if you are the owner of a place if your work ethic is sht. One of the previos times a year or two ago because he was a no show another barber had to cut my oldest sons hair and got ringworm in his head. So save you a bad trip try another place. To start off the barbers we're very friendly and gave me a variety of options on how I wanted my haircut done but sitting for an hour was not what I expected but the wait is definitely worth it I came out looking like I had just spent a 100$ on a haircut when I only spent 25$ which is a pretty fair price if you want a nice haircut done with men who care about your hair the spot is a perfect place. My first time walking and to try a new barber shop close to home and what a terrible experience. I was told they couldn't see me because they take the last customer at 630 when clearly on yelp it says they close at 7pm. Nowhere do they have a sign that says that. The dude with the glasses has no sense of customer service and looks like a useless barber without a customer in his seat. You take the last customer until your doors are closer if not close your doors at 630. Zero stars if possible. read more

My first time coming here, brought my son for a haircut. Was very pleased that the wait wasn't long and his haircut came out way better than I expected. We'll definitely be coming back for sure. I would've given this place 5 stars, but the only reason I didn't...the only reason...is because of their seating arrangement. The waiting area is right up against the feet of the barbers chairs. I literally had some guys hair clippings on my pants and shoes. The barber himself barely had room to sweep his area because we are in the way. Other than that we were pretty much in and out with a super cool haircut. Hopefully they think about moving their waiting area out of the way so that customers don't have to dust themselves off of people's hair every time they go. read more

Im feeling generous to give these guys 3 stars after a few unpleasent visits theyre not the worst shop in fontana either though. You see, Barbers here arent very versitile with the trimmer. Id recommend going a few miles out to premier barbershop in rialto those guys cut good hair and also house of fadez they dont charge as much and they cut better but if those 2 arent available then heres your 3star option. If I could give this shop a worse starring I would. "Mikey" did my big chop and I wasn't satisfied with the cut so I went back the next day. The day it was cut many people were complimenting it and despite asking him to fix it multiple times he couldn't get it right so I left it alone. He gave me a mohawk, but I showed and asked for a curly high top fade. I was just very excited and in shock that I'd cut all my hair off, so I didn't fuss him to fix it that day and by the time I got home and realized I wasn't happy, it was too late to go back. He didn't cut the style I showed multiple times, and wasn't accommodating or understanding when I came back the next day to get my cut fixed. He gave me a time the same day to come back (I went at 11 AM, he told me to come back at 1 PM, came at 1 PM, then he said he wouldn't be able to cut me until 5:30 PM or the next day because "he's a busy barber"). I simply asked for a further taper on my sides so my fade wouldn't look a week old on day 2. So he wasted my time and gave extremely poor customer service while arguing with me, blowing me off, and ignoring me as I stood in front of him. "Trey" stepped in and began to argue with me about how they're not responsible for fixing my cut after I leave the shop. I personally am never returning and wouldn't suggest you go either. To "Mikey's" credit, he cut up my edges nicely and the design he gave me (a straight line down the left side of my head) was okay. I went to Route 66 across the street and he cleaned me up pretty nicely. read more

Came in a bit after 10am on a Monday Morning. Our usual barbershop became understaffed so we searched for a new spot. the Spot was where it's at. When we showed up (5 of us) there was only one barber but that was understandable because hey had just opened. Within 10-15 min 3 more showed up and we were all able to get our haircuts in a timely manner. Great environment, TVs have something good to watch, great music blasting. Highly recommend this shop. Being a Marine Corps Recruiters we need our hair cut on a weekly basis so this will be our spot every Monday morning. read more

Was here for my first time today and I got a seat fairly quickly. I sit down and Aaron, the barber, asks what I want so I tell him an undercut. I have no idea what I walked out with but it's not an undercut. He also left a patch on the side of my head where the hair is noticeably shorter that the rest. Also, behind the ears, he went up way too high on one side and the other side looks good. It's really uneven and I have spots where he left long hairs. I doubt I'll come back.
