It was tender and juicy. The italian sausage was sauteed in red onions with red and green peppers. The pork ribs were fell off the bone easily. There were 2 sauces to go alojg with the meat. I liked them both. My only issue was that the meat had too much smoke flavor to the point that it tasted like soot to me.

Being co-located at a gas station there is an adequate amount of parking available. This place is open way more than closed. They are open until 2AM most nights and opens back up at 7AM for breakfast. I found it funny that they had a sign on the trailer that said no mask, no service, but none of the workers had on a mask. SO, obviously they were not enforcing the sign. You place your order at the trailer and then go pay for it in the gas station....I know...Its weird. After you pay, you take your proof of payment back to the trailer and they get going on your order. I ordered the sweet and spicy barbecue wings with a side of fries. It took about 20 minutes to get my food, which on this island is not too bad. It was a ton of food. Very filling. I must say that the wings were some of the best that I have ever had. They were flavorful and juicy and had a little kick to them, just like I like it. But they were not too hot. The fries were good too. This is one of the few places that I can honestly say was worth the wait. The food was delicious. I highly recommend checking this place out. Don't be scared by it being a trailer in a gas station parking lot. It is a hidden gem and I am surprised that I am the first to review it. It took a bit after opening to get the food. The food was good. The ribs/chopped brisket, and pulled pork were all good. I asked to try multiple sauces and she said that costs extra, but she gave me a little bit of a couple sauces anyway. The location was great for me, as it was close to the dive shop that I was diving out of. If I'm in Frederiksted again, I'll definitely stop by.

Definitely worth the little ride over from the Christiansted dock (leaves near Harbor Prime), then walk towards the beach bar and you will see their menu (and smell it).
