The woman that called me back was: 1. Rude. 2. Arrogant 3. Dismissive. 4 if I could put a finger on it homophobic. 5. She showed absolutely no empathy whatsoever. She showed absolutely no concern about A previous employee of 20+ years death. When the name the name Delaney was brought up, she appeared to be offended, which leads me to believe she is homophobic. Mr. and Mrs. Becker would be horrified on the way she acted. read more

They sell various supplies, billing the insurance company and then the patient for the deductible. Several times, they have failed to bill my insurance sent me the bill for the whole thing. I have, of course, refused to pay it until they bill the insurance company, and have provided all my information to them--three times now--with an explanation of the situation. Apparently, it has not made a dent. I have almost given up trying to square the bill. On the positive side, they keep sending me supplies, even though I have an outstanding bill with them. So at least, the incompetence is balanced.
