The relief was incredible! What I appreciate most about Dr. 808 is that he truly listens. He takes the time to understand exactly where the pain is coming from and focuses his treatment directly on the areas that are bothering me. To top it all off, I sprained my ankle that same morning. Even though it was near the end of his day, Dr. 808 still took the time to see me before closing. He performed another shockwave treatment on my ankle, and I walked out of his office walking straight and feeling so much better! I'm extremely grateful for the care, compassion, and attention Dr. 808 has given me and amazing Dr. B as well. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pain and looking for a doctor who genuinely listens and cares about helping his patients feel better. Mahalo

I honestly thought it would be your normal chiropractic business. You go in, get loose and limber…read moreon a machine, see the chiropractor for a whole 5 minutes and off you go until the next visit. If you like this option....they offer it as an option. But really, why rob yourself of the full package they offer. Let me take you back to late February when I first met Dr. Katie. (I thank my friend Sharyn for her referral.) We go over the initial patient paperwork and the issues that I have. The initial purpose of the visit was due to the discomfort I had in my lower back and hip area. (I later find out it's because of the chair I had at work.) What shocked me is on this first visit she has me do a few bend here, look hear, do this, do that, as a baseline of my mobility. She then takes an X-ray and we go over her discovery. It's at this point I see how misaligned my hips were (my work chair had an issue of not being leveled), the curvature of my spine and the vertebrae by my neck area that was causing my headaches (thanks to lots of computer work and driving). What shocked me was the excessive bloating I had that I could see clearly on the X-ray. She explained how my digestive system was disrupted because of how my spine was out of whack. We then set a schedule to get my body ready for the lifestyle changes I was about to encounter. Since My first visit, my mobility has changed greatly, the bloating has cut down tremendously, my digestive system is in the best working condition it's ever been. Keep in mind it's not about adjustments. Dr. Katie has supplements and a diet(s) that coincides with the adjustments. I truly believe I could have just stick with the normal, fo in, her adjustments and leave. Along with my weekly adjustments, I'm blessed with weekly texts of mind, body and soul messages. Emails of articles to back up the lifestyle changes I've made. And monthly nutritional check ups to see if any adjustments to my diet is needed that is holding me back from progression. It's a matter of individual choice and I'm more than proud of the positive changes that I've accomplished with the help of Dr. Katie, Dr. Amanda and the office ladies.

Dr Amanda Burns did NOT even come close to helping me. She used some sort of buzzy device and DID NOT EVEN DO A HANDS ON ADJUSTMENT on me! No help at all! More harm than good. And, she seemed irritated that I was there. For no valid reason. Next, I noticed my credit card had been charged twice! When I called to ask about them reversing one of the charges, "Diana", who also identified herself as "one of the Drs", was EXTREMELY short and rude to me. I could easily hear her sighing frustratedly into the phone and calling her computer "stupid" as she was looking up the details of my visit. She offered to mail me a check but I let her know I preferred a cc reversal to ensure my insurance wasn't being billed twice as well! When I asked about that she loudly said "You're just going to have to believe me"! I commented that she didn't need to act so short with me. They're the ones who charged me twice, right? She got unreasonably angry and loudly said, "I'm too busy for this" and HUNG UP ON ME! Very poor business acumen! I will not be returning to this business, will not be recommending this business to the many people I encounter as a neighbor of the chiropractor that moved and are looking for a new chiro to go for regular visits, am filing a complaint with BBB, alerted my insurance of potential fraud, and am disputing the duplicate cc charge.
