They put me through the paces three times a week in a trio setting. The instructors work with students of many levels at once, so each participant gets a workout on their own level. My husband trains with me two times a week. Any infirmities we are blessed with are always taken into consideration with special modifications, so don't worry about aches and pains. The atmosphere is pleasant and encouraging at all times, with a variety of apparatus to make the workout interesting. The result is improved strength, endurance, and flexibility.

The instructor (who seemed to be the owner) was very friendly, and explained everything to the class, as she knew my husband and I were new to yoga. She walked around during the class to help with form and technique, in addition to instructing from the front, and knew everyone by name - even me! I would recommend trying this place out, even if you are new to yoga!

Furthermore, any prepaid credit for classes that go unused due to space limitations will disappear after your next payment date. Even though I have been a loyal customer for three years and have never missed a reserved class, they have refused to resolve this issue. I'm tired of this constant battle and cancelled my membership. Despite all scheduling issues, the staff and Pilates teachers are great, no complaints.

But if you don't reserve upcoming month classes and pay, you still continue to be billed. Classes are boring and repetitive, unless you have all your day free and can come at different times. I was told we had to wait for regional manager, Matt Ramsawack, to get back from vacation 10 days later, and then later told by Sherri that he refused to call me. I was eventually told cancellation could be done online all along -- misinformation that directly resulted in the charge. The interaction ended with me being told the membership was canceled, that she was "not going to have Matt call me" and hung up on me. think twice before signing up here.

There's a cubby to store your belongings and shoes before heading inside the studio. So far I've taken the classic with Courtney and the define class with Lori. The classic class is a more traditional barre class focusing on those movements while the define class focuses more on building strength and uses dumbbells. Both instructors are great since they make sure your form is correct and spend time demonstrating the exercises. I've taken barre before at Lifetime, but I've really been liking the formats here much more. If you are new, make sure to stick closer to the front so you can see yourself in the mirror. Also, don't forget to bring your water bottle, towel and grippy socks!
