Today they took the time to drive 30 miles away to bring me a spare tire for my trailer and even helped me change it. I don't take time to comment to often on great service, but they are off the charts. Jeff however you instill customer service in Tammy and your team is amazing. Finally got time to write a review, last year I wanted to start raising chickens. Knew little about…read morethem, but wanted to start getting eggs. Talked to their staff about which chicks would be the best for laying eggs. They pointed out a batch and I took a bunch. We raised them the way they had recommended. A few months later they were getting bigger and started looking like roosters and not chickens.( few hundred is supplies and products already spent). Well they were all roosters, not one chicken. Contacted tractor supply and all they said was its passed the 30 day return so they can't help me. First time raising chicken, they are furnaces for 2 weeks, few weeks of growing feathers and then another few weeks to start showing signs of being roosters, unless you are an expert(but I'm beginner). This makes the 30 day return policy almost impossible to meet. Don't listen to their staff and they do not stand by their customers. Will not go here and recommend a more quality place.

My family personally has been affected greatly by Dennis Timm, a sad excuse for a small town business owner. A man with zero integrity. We were oversold, over promised followed by awful treatment and communication. Once the project was "sold" you never saw him again. The crew he sent was unprofessional and had no clue what the project details were. We were asked questions upon questions- making us the general contractor. The crew even asked us for a tip to get lunch, they didn't want to finish the job because they were tired and hungry, the list goes on... Unbelievable practices from so called experts. Dennis Timm charged us for planting shrubs that didn't get planted. When trying to communicate or receive a refund of any sort, Dennis became extremely defensive and vulgar and even threatened my husband when leaving a review was mentioned, Dennis responded, "Oh, you don't want to start a war with me!" The same exact words he used when threatening our neighbor, a year ago. This guy is a fraud and should not receive anyone's business, trust or support. I pray this review exposes the truth behind his practices and helps shut his doors for good.

We had to go to several buildings to find my product and once everything was said and done it was 4:30. I asked my salesperson what his name was and it is Jeff. He rea did a great job. I wish we had such helpful and knowledgeable employees at my company. To all that helped me that Friday afternoon you all went above and beyond and I was able to make the trip up north as planned.
