in the past 5 months I've had 2 occasions where in needed new appliances. 1st was when my…read morestacking washer/dryer stopped working. I called crown furniture, they had a stacker available and on sale that would fit in my small closet laundry area and it was a top load which was a must for me. By the end of the same day they delivered and installed a new GE stacking unit that fit perfectly. The drum was even bigger than my old one and the agitator is high which make me feel like my clothes are getting clean! They removed and hauled away my old unit. I am still thrilled with the upgrade. Recently we decided to replace our very old dishwasher that we were pretty much washing the dishes before we ran them through. After talking to Bruce on the phone we decided on the Bosch model they had in stock. As luck would have it, Aaron was available that same day to deliver and install. He was prompt and professional and I had a new operational dishwasher that same day! He also removed and hauled the old one away. I know it was flukey to get same day service both times, especially living 45 mins away but this proves that if possible they will make the effort to help solve those appliance emergencies as promptly as possible. Thank you Bruce and Aaron.

I ordered a Christmas bouquet of red/white roses, lilies and some greenery. I paid $ 100. and $ 12. for delivery. The flowers were delivered and consisted of wilting hydrangeas.. white chrysanthemums, other yellow flowers and ONE red rose..The flowers were wilted within 24 hours and were nothing like what I ordered. I filed a complaint w the BC Better Business Bureau... but too late for me.. the "flowers" are very disappointing.. I feel cheated and disgusted someone would do this at any time, but especially the Holidays. I tried to insert a photo of the wilting hydrangeas but this box does not accept photpastes.
