My hubby found the shop to help fix iPads and iPhones frequently destroyed by our autistic children (which would've been pricey anywhere else). We have been back several times (at least 5-6) to repair broken tablet screens, motherboards, software/update issues and more on different devices. Randy is knowledgeable, always friendly and welcoming and helpful in explaining the issues. We've had same day repairs and some that took a day or more, but all repairs felt quick and efficient with the corresponding problem, which we really appreciate given our children's need for the devices. No one in the area or surrounding area had a money order as they had stopped selling them at 9:30pm. Weird right. Well Bandits Bail Bonds came all the way to Phenix city ..about a two hour drive just to give me a money order . When I tell you I was so happy!!! This place is amazing. When I asked about getting a guitar fix. He was honest with me about the repair is going to cost more then buying a new guitar. Just as what I would expect out of a Master repairman he told me how I could fix it me self. He also warned me of the risks of breaking it more. It is the same risk if I had him do it for me. I have been in the store and watched him repair guitars. What I see is a master at what he does and at times if he is not to buzzy he will share about the repairs he is doing. Things to keep in mind. They love music and love teaching it. Also, they have the temperament of a musician. I have worked as a sound man and had to deal with quiet a few musicians in the past. On a scale from 0 to 10, 0 you do not want to work with them and 10 they are great and easy to work with. I would put them at 9. I say that because everyone has bad days. Penitence is the key here. Trust me there are much worst music shops around town. Over all these guys are great.

While the gentlemen were courteous and friendly, I'm very unsatisfied with my move. They did not…read morehandle my items carefully or pack them with care. Many wooden furniture pieces were not wrapped at all even though I had blankets provided for them and are now scratched. I had a new leather couch that was not wrapped with anything at all and had all kinds of things stacked on top of it. I brought 2 sectional couches and they did not shrink-wrap or cover them with blankets at all. Many items broke completely in transit due to the way it was loaded on the truck. I wish I could have supervised the loading but I was behind on some of my packing. I had a box where I gave specific directions not to pack anything on top of it, and it was labeled as such as well, but it was at the bottom of a large stack of boxes. There are many expensive items I will now need to replace. Do not hire them if you can't watch them load anything.
