She showed up to complete the first cleaning, which was the customary more expensive "deep clean". Poor quality as I had to walk around and point out very obvious steps she and her cleaner had missed. Eventually she had to leave for another job and she acknowledged that she needed to learn my house and get better. I paid her the full fee even though I was far from satisfied with the work completed but trusted her things would get better and I wanted to build a longer term relationship. Fast forward to the day before my next scheduled cleaning and she texted to say she wasn't coming and for me to find another cleaning service.

I asked them their hourly rate and they said they quote by the job; not the hour. Once they were there, they told my husband it would cost more and we agreed to pay the increase. Then, I had to have them come back as they missed a number of places in the kitchen and left crumbs, etc. I then asked for a quote for regular cleaning. Again, I was told it was by the job and they had different prices for once or twice a month. I asked for a usual cleaning (bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming and washing floors) and we agreed on the price. When the cleaner arrived, she said, "what do you want me to do?" I said, "clean the house as per your proposal." She still did not seem to be clear on what I was looking for, so I volunteered to walk the house with her. She informed me that the price included a maximum of five hours (so there is an hourly rate?). I said, okay, when you're at about 4 1/2 let me know, and I'll prioritize what's left. Someone dropped by, so they left without even speaking to me. Then, I received a bill that was higher than the quote (again). I called and asked about it, and was informed that it had been six weeks since their quote and they start their timers the minute they walk in the door. They "didn't even charge me for the walkthrough." I believe everyone deserves to earn a living, but this is ridiculous. You can't quote one price and then charge more every time you come to someone's house. It's bait and switch. They saw the house before they cleaned it. The job they did the second time seemed okay, but why are you asking me what I want done if I already had a proposal? It's bait and switch and I want to warn others about their business practices.

Significantly higher price quoted at walk-through, than over the phone - without much explanation…read moreabout cost of services. Told staff would spend 2-3 hours onsite to do a deep cleaning (only 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, hallway). After the walk-through, there was no response to my voicemail asking to finalize details prior to arrival (e.g., types of cleaner used). RESULT: Although courteous, 2 staff members arrived 20 minutes late, rushed the job (45-50 minutes), relied heavily on chemical sprays, and did not do a thorough cleaning. (Service provided a few days prior to Thanksgiving of 2015). A cleaning company should conduct a professional walk-through, review your cleaning preferences, provide a quote for specific services/number of hours, be communicative - and follow through.

I called this company and due to a faulty website (which the owners thought was fixed) I did not hear back. Jeanne did get back to me through text and then apologized for the faulty website. Jeanne and her son came 2 days later and walked around my mom's home and gave me a fair estimate to have a deep clean done. She told me she could come 3 days later! My mom did not want to leave her home with "strangers" so my mom and myself stayed for the entire day while Jeanne and assistant worked tirelessly to get the house cleaned. I cannot tell you how pleased we were with the results. My mom was thrilled and I was very satisfied that my mom's environment was safe for her due to her allergies.
