They listened to my customer and based on the business objectives, built an inbound marketing campaign around the new website design. They did the Google keyword research, SEO, content development and launched a successful social media campaign. Very professional, on time and on budget. My customer is VERY happy. Highly recommend these guys if you need to transition your website into a lead generating magnet.

As many of you, I was one of those people who figured that I could design my own logo (it looked…read moreok) and then I could go and find one of those free website builders. Yes!! I could build my own website and save so much money, right? I couldn't have been more wrong. Not only did I waste a ton of time "trying" to make it look the way I wanted it to, but I was loosing clients and online advertising dollars that I had spent. Needless to say I was frustrated. Then my good friend Jodi told me that she had friend who owned an advertising firm in Leominster and that I should stop in and see her. I was reluctant, again because I thought I could do this on my own. I visited the studio of Kreative Dezign and WOW. It was so nice, impeccably decorated and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Now, lets fast forward 16 working days. I have an amazing logo, business cards, hand outs and website. For real, Kelly is a master at what she does and she can just pull ideas out of thin air. I have already landed 2 new corporate accounts and I can promise you that I will never try to do it again myself. Let the experts handle it.

To this day, they help me with maintaining my e-commerce site, my CRM and often bring new ideas to the table. I highly recommend them and cant wait till we start the new adventure with the Lunariaa Flower Café Social Media.

I placed an order with Jiperior Print a few days ago. I understand this is an online printer with…read moreinexpensive pricing, but I would expect to be able to reach someone live to confirm the details of my order. Not only have I sent several emails, requesting someone to call me to ensure my instructions were understood correctly, but I have also called multiple times. Each time, the phone rang for several minutes before disconnecting. I must say that I feel very uncomfortable dealing with a company that does not respond to customer requests, does not have a receptionist to answer phones, and does not even have a phone answering system on which to leave a message. The company does, however, take customers' money with ease. I have dealt with other online printers and have never encountered this issue before. In fact, one online printer I've worked with assigns a service team to customers and has someone on the team to call you to confirm details of the project. The reason why I decided to go with Jiperior Print is because they offered a standard accordion fold brochure that fit the size and specifications of our client project. I have never written a bad review on Yelp before, but felt inclined to do so today. I feel helpless with no other recourse as there is no way to reach a real, live person during regular business hours, only automated email responses and "offline" chat boxes with the message "Sorry, we are offline, but if you leave your message and contact details, we will get back to you as soon as possible :-)" I fault myself for not calling Jiperior Print ahead of time before placing and paying for my order. I now question the legitimacy of this business and would say to yelp users, "you get what you pay for..."
