I started using them because I needed to have a prescription compounded, and they're one of the only drugstores locally that does it (and in my case for a much better price than the others). One of my favorite things is that they have free home delivery of drugs, usually the same day. They're also reliable and personable and seem to know me already, so it feels comfortably small-town. I like that my dollars are going to a smaller business than Walgreens or Walmart. Today the pharmacist called to see if they could sync my meds so they come at the same time each month and auto-renew the standard ones instead of having orders scattered throughout the month and up to me to remember to call in. I've been nothing but happy with them. Highly recommend.

Switched to this pharmacy to support a local business and it has been nonstop issues since we began…read morefilling here. They talked us into the med sync program which ended up being a disaster. They explained they would short fill a few of our scripts to get them lined up and about 4 months into the program we still were not synced at all. It has become a recurring issue every time I try to pick up meds. Called yesterday to make sure they knew one of my monthly prescriptions has a fill date of today and that I'd pick it up early afternoon. They said they knew it was coming up and would have it ready. Fast forward to today at 2 after sitting in the drive thru for a while, they didn't have it ready and had to find a pharmacist to simply locate the script in the computer and low and behold it wasn't even filled.
