Smokezone is the best smoke shop in town.the owner gives respect if respect is given. Sadly due to covid 19 the hours are a bit messed up but hopefully everything goes back to somewhat normal soon. He also doesn't descriminate against the lgbtq like the other review claims! (don't listen to the other post) read more

The people that run the store are awesome, the only reason anyone would have a problem in the store? Is if the customer is a jerk, I have never been denied any returns, and never experienced anything but a smile when I walked in. read more

The smoke zone is owned and operated as well as managed by complete imbeciles. They sold me a vape pen battery that they said was fully functional and charged. I got home and opened the box and the battery did not work or function properly. I have attempted to contact and make a return but they refuse, claiming user error. In other words, they sold me a non functioning piece of equipment that they then refused to exchange or refund. They also do not answer any form of communication. Extremely poor customer service and products that do not function as advertised. These guys also like to openly disparage the LGBT community by making tasteless comments about them. The Smoke Zone does not respect individual freedoms or the rights of people to live within their natural forms. These people are hateful and horrible business owners. DO NOT SUPPORT, BOYCOTT IMMEDIATELY. read more
