My first appointment, someone made the wrong type of appointment for me and after I sat around for 40 minutes, was told I'd have to come back another time. Never even saw the dentist. Then when I finally did get seen, an assistant removed my permanent retainer and said I'd have my permanent retainer in 2-3 days, dentist popped his head in to "meet me" and didn't even say 2 words. After I called them repeatedly after more than a week, I FINALLY got to pick up my retainer and it's disgusting. Looks like someone else has already worn it instead of brand new. Save your time & your money, and go elsewhere.
