Tracey turned on the massage setting on the chair and had a neck roller that was heated. Felt very nice and made me comfortable. You can choose to put on any show on Netflix. They make the crown in house. You don't have to wait 2 weeks for your crown to arrive like some other places. I'm about 36 hours after having this done and do not have any pain or discomfort. They got us an appointment the same day and Dr. Renz confirmed what we had expected about the ties. She did the upper lip and tongue release that day. The procedure took less than 10 minutes and she spent time explaining everything. A week later and breastfeeding is much easier, it has made such a big difference and we are extremely happy with the results.
