Thankfully he honored the bridal show pricing for us and we booked right away. The process of setting up our screens was smooth and simple. We chose colors and backgrounds all online, received proofs for approval, and that was that! I didn't consider the timing of my ceremony when I confirmed setup time so they arrived right as my bridal party was about to walk, which changed the location they were to set up in. My fault not theirs!! Definitely check your schedule so you don't pull an oopsie like me. However, it worked out perfectly because they ended up setting up in the lobby of the hotel next to our cocktail room. Our guests could access easily and hotel guests not at our wedding got to watch us all have a great time! I loved having the props, our custom neon sign, backdrop and image backgrounds. It was fun taking photos with everyone and people really enjoyed having the photo booth! We loved having the magnetized frames and being able to print. I received all the digitals as well. Very fun night! If you're on the fence, please just go for it! They are a great team and will take the best care of you on your wedding day or any special occasion!

I booked him right away and then via the website, I was able to select the background I wanted, plus the frame for the photo strips and the screen theme for the interface. There were a ton of choices and everything was super customizable! Kyle arrived early, got all set up, and then helped us decorate the rest of the space! He was a super nice guy, very accommodating to make sure I had everything I needed, and he had even got a couple extra props just for the occasion! You could also make gifs and boomerangs and even AI enhancements. And I got all the photos digitally for easy sharing. My friends loved the booth, with several of them taking his card for future possible bookings. 10 out of 10, would totally hire Oh Snap again in the future!

Lana was very responsive and answered all my questions very promptly. I had to postpone my wedding twice due to COVID and they were so accommodating, and we were able to reschedule with ease. We could not have picked better photographers for our wedding. Our wedding was at Hammond Castle in Gloucester which has a unique set up and some beautiful scenery for photos. Lana and Jack knew exactly where to get the best photos and were so professional. I didn't realize how quickly the time would fly during my wedding and Lana and Jack helped us stay on time and move things forward. It was seriously a blur and I just remember Lana and Jack hustling around to get everyone where they needed to be, and all the shots we wanted. I don't know what I would have done without them! I am not photogenic at all, and really don't like photos of myself. Lana was so kind in giving me direction on how to pose/where to look etc and I felt really comfortable. I'm so grateful for her kindness and professionalism that resulted in amazing photos. One of the most memorable things for me when working with them was how accommodating Lana was when I went into detail about the type of lighting I wanted for my photos, and they nailed it. I had my ceremony indoors and the lighting style was really important to me. I wanted warm lighting, rather than a more crisp, cold look. I sent Lana photos of what I wanted (and didn't want) and she called me and spoke about our options in detail. She didn't make me feel silly for the detailed request at all. She explained all the different options with different camera lenses/flash v. no flash etc. She told me the best way to achieve the look I wanted was with many candles for the warm lighting. I ended up buying a bunch of candles in bulk and it was worth every penny. The photos came out GORGEOUS, absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted. Lana and Jack also spent time setting up a shot in front of the castle at night that is one of the most amazing photos I've seen! I could not believe how beautiful it came out and I recognize the skill and time it takes to set up a shot like that. As most people say, the wedding really went by in a flash. When I got my photos back from Lana and Jack, it was like reliving the day. I didn't realize how important your wedding photographer is until after working with Lana and Jack and receiving our photos. We hired ChiChi's party rentals for a wedding in September 2025. We rented the 360 photobooth. The…read morephotobooth was a hit with our guests and we had close to 100 videos, which was awesome. The link to our gallery was provided to us promptly via email. Where the problem arose was that nowhere in the contract, nor the email to us with the gallery link, were we informed that our gallery had to be downloaded in 6 months because the videos would permanently delete from the link provided. Now, we are left with raw and unedited video footage with no resolution. This is disheartening as we chose not to hire a videographer or content creator, and solely went with the 360 photobooth for our wedding. It feels like a total waste of money to us, in addition to the fact that all of our edited wedding content is gone. Everyone please read your contracts closely to make sure this doesn't happen to you, especially with such a large and once-in-a-lifetime event, like a wedding.

I had put down a deposit with Atlas, and with still six months to go before the wedding season really started, Sean refused to allow me to shift my deposit towards all the other things I would have rented (chairs, etc), he refused and became insulting, insinuating that I was whitewashing things to get what I wanted. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a retail company before. My advice: Teresa is, yes, very nice, but Sean is not---and he will make the final call. Read the fine print, because he will simply hold you to it. My real advice? Do not use this company.

Pete was fantastic to work with and even helped setup our photo logo for the bottom of the prints. He worked with me until I was happy with the final results and what made it better is that he was patient through the process. Set up and break down was so quick.
