If you get the regular signature facial version, it is $55 a month. They autodraft out of your bank or credit card. If you miss a month, you can use it another time (so go twice a month), give it to a friend/family, etc. They also "let" you use it to "upgrade" it to their elite facials. But if you do the math, two month's regular membership should be $110 and I don't know where the money goes when you use two months' worth on elite facial that costs $75. I had to put my membership on "hold" for a while as I was traveling too much and did not realize I could only hold it for a few months before it started autodrafting again. It's my fault for not checking my bank account but I never noticed as they never contacted me. I had a whole year worth of money drafted. They only noticed it when I went to do a mommy and daughter day one day. They gave me 3 months to use all the "credits", which I used with my daughter and by "upgrading". We also used them for massages, etc. But at the end of the day, I feel I lost money. Again, this won't be a problem if you keep using it every month. Just be aware if you do miss a month. It will be better to pay cash for upgrading and not use the unused credit.

I've always had several breakouts that just would not go away. 1st month - it felt really good but the breakouts just barely diminished. 2nd month - my skin was visibly better after this visit. 3rd month - only very minor break out left. 4th month and up - my skin has not looked this good in over 10 years. The place is quiet and cozy. It does not have individual rooms like some spas do but you do have plenty of privacy. The staff examines your skin every month and recommends different treatments. At first, I thought they would be another spa who tries to upsell, but they have been doing regular $49 facial ever since my skin became problem free. Months 1-3, they recommended different treatments that targeted my problems and they were $70. I have tried different spas before and have gotten pretty tired of the push for skin care products. At Facelogic, they never try to upsell. They will make recommendations if you ask. I do have a good collection now because they really work well for me. They tend to be low on stocks and if they run out of something, it could take a few weeks to get in though. Overall, I LOVE this place and cannot wait for my monthly appointments.

The staff is extremely friendly and actually listens to your requests and the place is so clean and smells lovely. They have water and tea while you relax and some snacks if you get hungry. Full facial: I personally have very sensitive skin which reacts to almost everything. They do a really good job of preventing bad reactions by having you fill in a questionnaire, asking you about allergies and previous bad reactions to products. My facial was very enjoyable! I was kept very warm on a heated board with heavy blankets, the room had a facial steamer and smelled lovely. My facialist cleansed and exfoliated my face then did an analysis. She then did a few extractions on my nose and chin and used a strong exfoliant before and after to get the blackheads out. A moisturizing mask was used for the rest of my face. Again, I have extremely sensitive skin, and ended up having a bad reaction for about 4 days after the facial (red bumps, looked like hives). The employees were super nice though, I called them to ask for advice and they responded right away. I probably won't be getting facials again because I get really self conscious when I have breakouts. But if I were to get a facial again, I'd come here.
