I protested and was told I was told on the last statement, page 3 (of 3), the very end where they put miscellaneous jibberish nobody ever reads. I asked for proof and was told they would email a copy of last month's statement. That was 5 hour ago and no email yet. I bet I won't get it. They refuse to waive the charge even if I sign up for paperless billing immediately because "you were informed". Sleazy business practices by a sleazy company.

This place is a scam that hopefully is going to bury itself soon before they continue to rob people.

I decided to go with Expressions, the gentlemen who helped me was very kind and helpful, not only through the quoting process, but helping me choose colors/fonts, etc. He told me he would have this done in 3 days. The very next day he sent me a message that it was done! Speedy service. I think they mostly do larger orders for businesses. But I was very please with the service I received for my last minute blanket embroidery needs.
