They have acutely limited understanding, no good ideas and throw out so many inaccuracies and cliche phrases that don't apply to me, it was just a frustrating waste of money and my time. I felt more frustrated, depressed and hopeless every week and I gave each one an honest shot while not expecting miracles and being more than willing to make changes and put in the work. I've had incompatable therapists before but this was more like flat-out incompetence and it runs rampant at CCA.
