When I called them the next day, they were defensive and unapologetic and would not accept the blame. Even when holding the dress up, you can see a length difference. I brought the dress in to show them and they continued to be defensive. Told me to pull the dress down at the back to "fix" the problem. Then told me they couldn't reimburse anything. When leaving, she said "I guess I'll take this out of my paycheque" and handed me a 20$ bill. We are now 3 weeks away from the wedding and I now have to buy a new dress and get it express shipped to me. Being a bridesmaid is expensive enough. I now have to pay for their mistake. Not impressed.

When i picked up the comforter i saw that it looked as dirty as when i brought it in so i enquired about the stained borders. And the employee stated that they do not promise that they can remove stains, but i said you haven't cleaned any stains, that in fact the comforter looked the very same. NO discount. It cost me $23.84 and now i have to find a laundromat. Next time people, just say you can't get that stain out and let the customer leave prior to a charge.

But even worse, when I brought it to their attention, the lady said it was already there. Denied they did it. Plus the crest wasn't even sewn on flat. Wouldn't entertain the idea of fixing their crap. Disgusted with this business!!! Go Anywhere Else You Can Find. a 10 year old would do a better job!
