He helped me set everything up and explained the two coils it came with, what watts to use them at, how to get the most out of the coil etc. He was very informative and I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone new to vaping. PRICE: Now price wise I can't compare to other shops in the area but mark-up on products were noted. The GeekVape H45 I bought for $60. I could have gotten it online for $37.99 HOWEVER shipping factored in I was looking at just under $55. So the mark-up is there but very little in reality. He was told he couldn't return/exchange it. When the customer attempted to redeem some sort of loyalty email with 10% off this purchase he was told that the server was down. The customer was patient and kind but did say, "Man, I am batting .1000 here! Can't return and can't use the discount." It was soon my turn and the clerk was nice enough and somewhat helpful. He kept having to pause our entire interaction "to vape"; three or four times in our 15-20 minute exchange. That was off-putting. I did make a decision with his help and when I went to pay the server was miraculously restored. It seemed fishy--and a little tacky. The customer restroom was less than clean.
