Get here early to get good seating - it was pretty packed the night we went. Entry is $3 and that includes unlimited popcorn. I believe they mostly show classic movies but they also will show kids movies on occasion and we will definitely be back for that with the nieces and nephews. I asked about a refund, and the on-site manager--who appeared very young and inexperienced--told me he'd have to "check with higher-ups." There was no attempt to resolve the situation or offer any real help. Just dismissive and unprofessional. Sure, I could have taken my purse back to my car, but it was parked over a mile away. That's not a reasonable solution once you're already at the venue and in line. Policies like this need to be clearly communicated in advance. Leaving people stranded at the door is unacceptable. Overall, a frustrating and poorly managed experience.

Parking nearby is easy. There is a church close by that we usually park at. If you show up when the sun is going around it is a good time. Very kid and pet friendly, this event is great for families, or even a fun date night! Some vendors like TEP have been at the entrance giving away free shwag. There is so much to see but my favorite display is the giant nut crackers and the Star Wars themed house. Incredible displays! The neighborhood puts in so much effort and it really shows! Upon arriving, part of what I liked was that the theatre definitely gave off Arizona vibes with its Native American architecture. We sat at the upper level. Another thing I like is that it's an intimate theater. This means you'll have a good view pretty much from anywhere you sit, including in the back which is where we were. The seats are reasonably comfortable and we enjoyed the performance. During the intermission, I got a local beer which was reasonably priced for an event venue. All-in-all, a great experience. Support the arts! I joined their email list to keep up with the performances they hold throughout the year.

The seats were comfy (albeit tight when it came to leg room and spacing) and the team staff seemed excited. Rowdy was a fun host with a pleasant vibe and Dusty (the Roadrunner mascot) was hilarious. I visited to support my Gulls as they took on Tucson so I wasn't the most popular dude in the arena but I was still enjoying myself. I got seats in Row D behind the visitors section and had a blast. I saw a diverse group of folks and families. I'm hoping Tucson does more to represent and celebrate this wonderful community! Right now, the themes and celebrations are a little weak/non-existent. Tickets are a bit pricey, it seemed like the higher seats inside Tucson arena would be a better bargain as they had more leg room! I managed to get a deal close to the ice, so I decided to sit in a tight space so I can be closer to my team. There's plenty of concessions and specialty items for hockey fans (tacos, burgers, donuts, acai bowls). Concessions were surprisingly not that bad, taste and price were satisfactory! The Tucson Roadrunners have a smaller fan base, but if they reach out to the diverse community around them and fix their stereo system , they'll be solid!

Would absolutely go back for a game again!
