History
Established in 2010.
The Sand Box originated as a small media blasting business in a 800 sqft space on Miller St in Elmira NY. Powdercoating was added after a local powder coating facility closed its doors. As the demand grew, so did The Sand Box. In 2015 a 5000 sqft bldg was built on the West side of Miller St. in Elmira. The sand blasting booth is now 15ft x 30ft and the powder coating oven is 6ft w x 9ft tall and 20ft long, both capable of handling large and small projects.
