It's the type of place you come when you have time and energy to browse and dig and discover, like grandma's attic and grandpa's workshop mixed with an assortment of beautiful bits and fun oddities. You never know what you'll find. As for the review mentioning restrooms, I didn't need one this time, but they've had one in the past. Perhaps things are different now, but there's a bookstore next door and a coffee shop just beyond that, so restrooms aren't hard to find. Something to note: there is a store cat. Very friendly, but worth mentioning for anyone with allergies.

The staff is totally out of it. The place is pretty dirty, with no clear cleaning or organization. There is no public restroom. The place is 3 stories tall with a couple dozen rooms packed from floor to ceiling. Not only is there no restroom here, there's none for blocks. You ask the staff and they just shrug at you. I just can't recommend them. TL;DR: Not good. No restrooms.

I am on the hunt for my son a new bed so as we drove past I was so tempted and wanted to stop in. We arrived right when they opened so there wasn't any other customers and I figured we would have some major shopper stalkers. We were greeted and offered help yet weren't followed around. When you walk in i noticed they had some appliances like refrigerators, washers and dryer's, and even ovens. Definitely wasn't expecting that but they were discounted and brand new! If you are in the market for a sectional or sofa this place has SO many options. Great classic options too for again great discounted prices. They have everything from area rugs, end tables, dining tables, recliners etc. they even had a discount bargain area in the back that had even more assortment of items for great prices! Definitely impressed and think it's a great additional for a smaller town.

The older white man was extremely aggressive towards his employee and was constantly shouting at this woman from across the room, or micromanaging her every move ( to the point of not even allowing her to grab our carpet off the rack as he deemed her unable to, clearly a sexist old man) the hometown humble I was hoping to find at this store was strong with Chloe, hopefully the other employees follow her suit instead of this aggressive older mans.

Everyman makes Stillwater better. Love the "mom & pop shop" feel. Even though their BEST barber,…read moreDestiny, is no longer there, this is still one of the best places to get a solid fade. (I know, personal opinion.) Adrian has only cut my hair once, but he will not disappoint on the fade. I've bought cologne from EM, coffee (fantastic), cold brew equipment, shampoo, etc. I've been impressed by everything I bought. They are a bit pricey on some things, but nothing unexpectedly expensive. To all my Stillwater folks, give EM a try if you haven't already! Some critiques: It can be a challenge to schedule a journeyman/senior barber on Saturdays. A lot of us are doing the whole 8-5 thing, and Saturday is almost always the best day to get a fresh cut. Not that big of a deal, but I wish it were easier. It was easier in the past (1 year ago and prior). Also, the other day I went in to buy some coffee for myself and my wife, and when I asked for a medium roast... I was told that "we don't believe in that, but we have coffee beans from here, there, etc..." Now, as a black coffee enthusiast, it felt like that comment was a departure from reality. I brushed it off and chose by origin instead of roast... I hope that's not an attempt to fight racism or something. How beans are roasted make a huge difference in taste, how they are brewed, even ground. This incident happened a few weeks ago (March 2023). Some of that is just nitpicking, but I really love going to EM. I also look forward to their expansion!
