The staff are always friendly and offer to take your coat and give you a detailed consultation before styling your hair like any good salon should do pre cut. Prices are reasonable as well and with a knowledgeable staff Esprit has been one of the longest serving businesses in Sketty. Immaculately cleaned between clients you do feel like you are the only person in the salon and the staff do create a rapport with you which is great not many salons have that level of service.
