I get a little antsy (as anyone would) about finding a new hair salon that promises good results. Janeen was quick to make me feel welcome and comfortable upon entering, and by the end of the experience, I felt very fortunate to have found exactly what I was looking for. I came in with a photo of a past haircut that did me well in the past (very similar to my current profile photo). After a good scan, Janeen went right to work and took care of my hair in a quick and seemingly effortless manner. I was in and out within 20 minutes feeling nothing short of satisfied. Men: if you come in knowing what you want with a photo of your desired look, expect the same great experience I just had. Thanks Janeen!

I've been coming here for years and don't plan on going anywhere else. I started coming here because another salon messed my color up so badly my hair was orange. Took my daughter to Baci yesterday for new cut style with Ashley and am really pleased with her…read morework. I was in search of a last minute appt and knew nothing about Baci. Attractive salon above retail on Monroe St - very open airy space with lots of big windows with a fun view over Monroe. Minimal, bright design. Ashley Nitschke was amazing. We had a vague idea of new style but needed a lot of fine tuning, which Ashley did perfectly. She was also very reasonable in cost especially given the amount of time that she spent on my daughter's cut. We had a late start to appointment, which wasn't a big deal, but since I'd never met her, didn't know initially if she was already there but running late, or if she hadn't arrived yet. It was the former. On that note, it would have been good to be greeted upon arriving. There were two stylists, the owner and Ashley working, with several clients in various stages of major hair rehab (coloring). Eye contact was made when we arrived, but no one said anything to us while we waited about 15 minutes. On a personal note, the vibe from other clientele at salon was very bourgeois and honestly, annoying to me. Parking is a pain also, since it's on Monroe St and as a busy working single parent, these extras add up. In conclusion, I highly recommend Ashley - she is clearly skilled, quick and intentional with her styling, and checker in frequently to be sure we were on same page. Also, the owner has amazing hair!

I think it wouldve been easier to do it at home. I had Raven for my hair stylist. She told me she knew how to do alternative hair and had no problem doing it on my long mixed hair. She messed up the color giving me orange on top, green on some parts and two different blondes. The sections were atleast 4 inches thick. She did not do what I asked her to do. It took from 10 am to 4pm. I then had to go home and redo it myself.
